About Us

Susan Mason, General Manager
Susan joined the Home Instead Senior Care office as the part-time Recruitment/Retention Coordinator in June 2011. She became full-time in June 2013 in her current position of Office Manager. She has been instrumental in helping build the business to where it is today. Susan believes that our clients and their families deserve home health care delivered with compassion, excellence and reliability. Susan spends her day interacting with clients we work with and our staff of amazing CAREgivers. She has the primary responsibility of our ASAP relationship with Springwell in our territory. In addition she also provides on-call coverage. Susan enjoys spending time with her three boys and Fiance, taking short day trips by the ocean on weekends.

Abby White, Quality Assurance Manager
Abby joined our office in July 2012. Abby is responsible for making periodic spot checks at our clients to ensure services are being provided as expected. Abby brings extensive experience as a Case Manager and a resident counselor at a mental health facility. She has worked with a variety of populations from those disabled to those needing extended hands on care.

Teresa Brideau, Community Service Representative
Teresa joined the Home Instead Waltham office in September of 2014. She is responsible for building strong relationships between Home Instead and the surrounding senior communities. As a Community Service Representative, she also plans various events that bring added value to the lives of seniors as well as their families. She is active in the marketing and networking events that occur locally relating to our seniors. Teresa brings many years of experience in Senior Care as a Caregiver herself.

Diane Gaskill, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator
Diane started as a Caregiver in May, 2015 and was promoted to the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator in December 2015. In that role she is responsible for ensuring we have the best qualified and motivated CareGivers available. Being a CareGiver herself Diane always has a ready ear for our employees as they go through the daily challenges of keeping our clients safe and secure in their homes. A long time Waltham resident Diane previously worked for Standard Electric, TJ Max and Boston IVF. She was also a volunteer at Newton Wellesly Hospital.
