How long have you worked at Home Instead?
I have been with Home Instead almost 3 years.
What’s your favorite part of being a caregiver?
I would have to say caring for our elders is the best part of my job. I love that every day may be different. I also enjoy the stories from the past they share with me.
Tell us a little bit about yourself
I am a wife, mom of 3 and a grandmother. I have lived in MS most of my life. My first care giving job was with my grandmother while I was in high school. Care giving took on various degrees since , caring for the very young to those advanced. Caring for people was ingrained at a young age - it’s just what you do! :)
A couple of interesting things about your life
A couple of interesting facts about me is that I love being outside and gardening although I’m not very good (yet) at gardening. I have also lived overseas for a few years.
