Meet Our Team

David and Jessica Ditch, Owners
David and Jessica started Home Instead Senior Care 18 years ago after meeting at Louisiana State University while pursuing their Masters of Business Administration, MBA.
We opened the doors to our office in the summer of 2002, excited to live out our mission:
To honor God in all we do with a commitment to supporting CAREGiver’s while providing the highest-quality of service to aging adults of the Bayou Region.
We proudly operate in the downtown Houma and New Iberia locations, fun fact 99% of our management and support team are women! Our office staff focuses on providing the top care and support to our beloved clients.

Jessica Ditch, General Manager
Jessica Ditch joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2018 and has really enjoyed the transition from public company accounting and finance work, to working with our wonderful clients, caregivers, and team. “Our focus is our clients and our passion is our work, you can’t ask for a more rewarding combination”.
Jessica completed her undergraduate degree in Economics from Millsaps College and received a Masters in Business Administration from Louisiana State University. Jessica’s prior work history is focused in the Internal Audit area with International Business Machines (IBM) and Bristow Group. Additional positions include Global Asset Manager as well as SAP Team Lead and Special Project Manager.
Jessica is excited to bring her passion for helping others and making a difference in people lives to her everyday work. Outside of Home Instead, Jessica is a dedicated mother to three beautiful children and married to her college sweetheart and co-owner David Ditch. She is an active volunteer in her community and has received such awards as Citizen of the Year and Top 20 under 40 for her leadership in helping others.

Brandi Landry, Assistant General Manager
Brandi Landry is our Client Care Manager who works in the Houma branch of Home Instead Senior Care to assist clients and caregivers of the bayou region. Brandi feels that a face to face interaction with our clients is an excellent way to ensure good service as well as bettering the HISC name in the community. “I personally believe that people want to see someone take an interest in their wellbeing in person; not only via the phone or through correspondences, it shows our clients that we are willing to go the extra mile to ensure they are taken care of and treated with compassion and love.”
Brandi comes to us from a Life Insurance Sales and Management background of 7 years and is ready to take on a new career while continuing to help those in her community. She resides in Thibodaux, La with her husband of 9 years and 3 year old daughter.

Holly LeBlanc Gaudet, Home Care Manager
Holly LeBlanc Gaudet is our Home Care Manager who works in the Houma branch of Home Instead Senior Care to assist potential and current clients of the bayou region.
Holly is a lifelong resident of Pierre Part, LA and is married with two children, twin boys! She is a registered nurse obtaining a degree from Nicholls State University.
She joins us with a very comprehensive work history in Nursing, including: Emergency Room nursing, Same Day Surgery & Recovery room, Inpatient Rehab, Nursing educator, Clinical Informatics, & Marketing/Clinical Liaison.
Holly is excited to be able to tap into her client care and client relationships at Home Instead!

Briana Polk, Service Manager
Brianna is a Louisiana native, who grew up in New Iberia, LA and graduated from St. Martinville Senior High School. She is the mother of three amazing children and enjoys spending time with them.
Brianna began her journey with Home Instead Senior Care New Iberia in the fall of 2019 as our Client Service Coordinator, bringing with her over ten years of Senior Care Client Management and Scheduling experience. She is pleased to be part of such as amazing team, a team “that truly cares about each other and the clients”. Brianna enjoys interactive with both teammates, Caregivers and clients daily, focusing on building long lasting relationships with the Caregivers, clients and their families.

Christel Hicks, Home Care and Office Manager
Christel Hicks is our Home Care Coordinator in the New Iberia and Franklin territory of Home Instead Senior Care to assist potential and current clients of the bayou region.
Christel is a resident of Berwick, LA and is married with three daughters and one grandson. She is a licensed Registered Respiratory therapist obtaining her degree from Nicholls State University.
She joins us with 25 years of a variety of hospital clinical experience including the field of respiratory therapy, Clinical Informatics, and Case Management. Christel is looking forward to assisting clients with safe and quality care in their home.

Wendy York, Office and Billing Coordinator
Wendy has have been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2014. Her passion is working with elderly people and children. She feels Home Instead has allowed her to work with elderly. As the Billing and Office Coordinator it allows her to help Clients with their billing. She enjoys being able to assist them in many ways. She also enjoy assisting Caregivers. She enjoys her great office team and working side by side with each of them.
Wendy has been married for 34 years has 3 Children, 6 Grandkids and 1 on the way. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.

Amber Ward, Engagement and Office Manager
Amber comes from a background in management and hospitality. She really enjoys being part of a team that provides compassionate care to aging members of the local area.

Gabbi Hernandez-Engagement and Standards Coordinator
Gabrielle Hernandez is our Engagement Coordinator in the Houma branch of Home Instead. Gabrielle, or Gabby, is a resident of Thibodaux, LA and a mother to a two-year-old boy. She is a graduate of Nicholls State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. Through the years, she has gained experience in Outpatient Rehab as well as Admit Clerk in various medical offices. Gabby is excited to bring her passion for making a difference in people’s lives into her career.
Gabby is passionate about Alzheimer’s and Dementia care because of the personal affects it has had on her family. She is looking forward to being part of a team that provides compassionate and quality care to people in need in the local area.

Ashley Pearson - Client Care Coordinator
Ashley Pearson, Client Care Coordinator, was born and raised in Lockport and is married with 3 children.
Ashley enjoys the elderly with a passion and communication is her strong trait. Throughout the years, she has gained her experience in Management, Outpatient PT / OT, Long Term Care PT/OT/ST including billing, coding, and admissions. Alzheimer's comes as an interest personally for Ashley because of her grandmother. Her goal is to help families and educate them to answer questions and share her experience. "This is a time of life no one prepares for, and I want other families to know they are not alone and help is available." She is extremely excited to be a part of the Home Instead team and make a difference!

Jennie Matthews, Office & Training Coordinator
Jennifer "Jennie" Matthews is our Office and Training Coordinator at our Houma office. Jennie is a resident of Bourg, LA. She is a mother of 3 amazing children and enjoys spending time with her family. Jennie is a Certified Medical Assistant, and comes to us with a background in hospital and clinical settings with experience in management, office operations, and patient care. Jennie is excited to be a part of our Home Instead team and looks forward to using her knowledge and skills to help make sure our CarePros have the tools and knowledge to be sure each client is cared for to the highest standard with dignity with compassion.
