Linc and Dana Hobson, Owners
Linc and Dana Hobson have owned the Morton, IL, location since 2001. Since then, this office has served more than 1,400 seniors and families in the Central Illinois area.

Nathan Domenighini, Office Manager
Nathan Domenighini joined Home Instead Senior Care in December 2010. He is a graduate of Bradley University in Peoria. He has served in a number of capacities with the Morton office, starting as a Client Service Coordinator and also a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Nathan also served as the Community Service Representative prior to becoming the Office Manager in December 2012.

Kris Meier, Client Service Coordinator
Kris Meier is the Client Service Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care. She is in charge of scheduling and coordinating care between our clients and CAREGivers. Kris graduated with a degree in Home Economics from Western Illinois University with a concentration on gerontology, family life and child development.

Susan Pyles, Client Services/Quality Assurance
Susan joined Home Instead Senior Care in May 2019 and works in client services and quality assurance. Susan worked as Director of Tourism for the Village of Morton and Events Coordinator for the Morton Chamber of Commerce. She and her husband were owners of MasterPeace Photography in Morton for 25 years. Susan's role is to answer service inquiries, meet with prospective clients, develop, communicate and update individualized Plans of Care, introduce new CAREGivers and ensure that quality services are maintained for clients.

Kate Kilgallin, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator
Kate joined Home Instead in May of 2020. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology in the Spring of 2012 from Lincoln Christian University. Kate has had numerous years of experience and education working in a caregiving capacity and long-term care facilities, as well as personal and professional experience working with clients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. Kate’s role at Home Instead is to recruit, hire, and train our new caregivers. In addition, Kate assists with service inquiries and meeting with prospective clients.

Betsy Cooper, Client Care Coordinator
Betsy has been with Home Instead in Morton since its inception. She ensures all our clients are receiving quality care from their CAREGivers.

Sylvia Laidig, Bookkeeper
Sylvia Laidig joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2009 as the Bookkeeper, a position in which she remains today. Sylvia's compassion for helping others and her attention to detail and professionalism make Home Instead a perfect fit for her.
