Linc and Dana Hobson, Owners

Linc and Dana Hobson have owned the Morton, IL, location since 2001. Since then, this office has served more than 1,400 seniors and families in the Central Illinois area.

Tyson Rogers

Tyson Rogers, General Manager

Tyson is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities in the franchise for growth and development of the business. He provides leadership and management of all Home Instead® departments such as staffing, human resources, client services, home care sales and finance - which affect operational efficiency and achievement of the operational goals.

Tyson joined Home Instead® in April of 2020 as the General Manager of the Peru Illinois office. During his time there he revitalized the operation and implemented several significant improvements and modernizations. In July of 2021 he joined the Team in Morton Illinois to bring the same energy and leadership. Tyson came to us with more than 20 years of management experience including ownership of a home care franchise.

Kate Kilgallin, Client Care Coordinator

Kate joined Home Instead in May of 2020 as our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. In July 2021, Kate was promoted to her current role as Client Care Coordinator. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology in the Spring of 2012 from Lincoln Christian University. Kate has had numerous years of experience and education working in a caregiving capacity and long-term care facilities, as well as personal and professional experience working with clients with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. 

In her role as the Client Care Coordinator, Kate performs a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members as well as client/CAREGiver introductions. Kate works with each client and their family to determine each individual client’s needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. Kate continuously evaluates the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care and client satisfaction.

Tania Walker2

Tania Walker, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Tania joined Home Instead in June 2020 as a caregiver.  In January 2022, she was promoted to the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator (REC) position.  As the REC, Tania is responsible for hiring caregivers as well as their training and development.

Sylvia Laidig, Bookkeeper

​Sylvia Laidig joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2009 as the Bookkeeper, a position in which she remains today. Sylvia's compassion for helping others and her attention to detail and professionalism make Home Instead a perfect fit for her.
