Lisa - Client Care Coordinator
Lisa has been with Home Instead over 10 years and has served in almost every capacity. Even though Lisa spends the majority of her time matching our wonderful clients and CAREGivers together, her "happy place" is training. Lisa loves leading our hands on CAREGiver training classes and advanced training in the field. She also loves down time at home relaxing with all her free time.
Mary - Service Manager
Mary is new to the McHenry County area but joins our local Crystal Lake team with over five years of experience working within the Home Instead network. Mary has a vast knowledge in all areas within the Home Care setting and will be a tremendous resource for both our clients, caregivers, and other team colleagues. Welcome to Crystal Lake Mary!
Lisa - Office & HR Manager
Lisa comes to Home Instead with years of experience managing teams in a HealthCare setting. She also has a long history of serving seniors throughout McHenry County in her previous career prior to joining Home Instead. Lisa is a perfect fit managing our wonderful team of Caregivers and serving our clients daily.
Nancy - On Call Weekend Supervisor
​Nancy has been with Home Instead over ten years and has serviced our seniors in every capacity. From starting as a caregiver for years to eventually joining the administrative team in a remote capacity, Nancy knows everything there is to know about Home Instead and the Home Care industry. If there is ever a call made after normal business hours there is a good chance you'll get to meet Nancy!
Jennifer - On Call Coordinator
Jennifer is our On Call Coordinator for both our Rockford and Crystal Lake offices. She believes that she is a wonder woman who can do all things. Jennifer loves sports, spending time with her family and eating! She is excited to be part of the team.
Sara - General Manager
As the General Manager, Sara is responsible for the overall operations of Home Instead and it's team members. Sara is most passionate about finding new CAREGivers with big hearts, compassion and respect for our senior population. CAREGivers are essential to Home Instead and help our seniors maintain an independent lifestyle while living in their homes.
