Matt McClure - Owner

Matt McClure purchased a Home Instead Senior Care franchise, because he believes it’s important for seniors and their families to have options when it comes to their long-term care.

Matt understands to importance of keeping seniors safe in their home after experiencing first-hand the difficulties that families face when needed assistance.  Prior to Home Instead Matt served as a Superintendent, High School Principal and teacher in several districts throughout Arkansas.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and water sports.

Jennifer Bassett - President of Operations

Co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Benton, AR. Jennifer also works as President of Operations for Home Instead Senior Care in Little Rock and Searcy, AR. Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Ne, Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Tracy Dalton - Support Director of Operations

Originally from Indiana, Tracy went to Ball State University and earned her degree in Social Work. Her previous experience includes a Social Service Director for a long-term care company but was drawn to Home Instead by our values and standards. Outside of work Tracy enjoys spending her time listening to podcasts, spending time with family and loving on her dog, cat and bearded dragon.

Debra Howell - General Manager Little Rock

Debra Howell is a voice and proud advocate of our senior community and the General Manager of Home Instead in Little Rock. She has worked toward changing the face of aging  on both client and caregiver side- supporting them and modifying the normal.  Born and raised in Sheridan Arkansas, she graduated High School in 2004 (Go Jackets!).  She obtained her Associates of Applied Science in Medical Office Administration from Arkansas State University Three Rivers in 2019.  Debra started her career with Home Instead in May of 2019 and has held three different positions within the company.  Her heart for caregiving began in 2007 and continues today. In her spare time, Debra enjoys riding 4-wheelers, camping, and spending time with her family. She is mama to three wild boys and one sassy girl. She, personally and professionally, brings a servants heart to her work and calling to serve her community.  

Samantha Walker - General Manager Searcy

Born in Pennsylvania, but raised in Kentucky Samantha earned a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership and Learning with a Human Resource Certification. Before coming to Home Instead as our General Manager, Samantha held several Director positions for Tender Touch Senior Services. She was brought to Home Instead by our mission of keeping aging adults independent and safe in their homes. Outside of the office she enjoys spending her time running, doing puzzles and hiking with her three dogs. Samantha is also a Human Resource Specialist for the Army Reserves and trains and works as a 42A.

Hannah Melancon, Operations Manager

Hannah Melancon started working at Home Instead in April 2020. Hannah holds the title of Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all of our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manger at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious 8-year-old Paisley and her very well-loved cat Belle. Hannah loves trail riding, traveling, watching movies, and crafts.

Danielle Foster - Virtual Recruiter

Born and raised in Little Rock, Danielle earned her bachelors in mass communication before becoming a Lead Recruiter and Recruiting Specialist. Danielle was drawn to Home Instead by our compassion for the senior community, our family values and teamwork. In her spare time, Danielle is a huge foodie and enjoys eating out, hiking and spending time with her husband, family and friends. 

Kassie Ringel - Billing Clerk

Kassie began working at Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in the field after she obtained her CNA license in 2014. One year later she was promoted to Staffing Coordinator. She was born and raised in Michigan, but enjoys living in the south. She spends her free time helping others and spending time with loved ones.


Hannah Marie Collum - Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator

Originally from Louisiana, Hannah earned her GED at 17 years old and began working in retail/customer service. Hannah was drawn to Home Instead because she realized she had a passion for helping others and immediately felt like she was family! In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her husband, 7 cats and 2 dogs (WOW), being outside, watching movies and crafting.

Colby Nicholson - Recruiting and Retention Assistant

Originally from Washington, but being from a military family Colby moved around a lot before earning her bachelor's degree. Her previous experience includes being an HR Coordinator but was brought to Home Instead by her love for caring and assisting others. She has a close family member with Dementia and understands the amount of work and love that goes into CAREGiving, which is why we believe she will make a great addition to our team! In her spare time, Colby enjoys being a wife and mother to her 2 children, reading non-fiction and watching horror movies.

Leigh Ann Johnston - Client Care Coordinator Searcy

Born in North Carolina, but grew up in Arkansas Leigh Ann graduated high school before holding multiple positions including management, coordinating and caregiving. While working as a caregiver Leigh Ann heard of Home Instead and our mission and was drawn in my the passion from our team members. Outside of work Leigh Ann enjoys being a wife, mother and Lolli (grandmother) to her family, reading, and several other hobbies including yoga.

Marissa Craig - Administrative Assistant

Marissa Craig is the new Administrative Assistant with Home Instead Little Rock location . Born and raised in Pine Bluff, AR she has been a CNA for five years, a dialysis tech for one year and worked in customer service for two years. Marissa was drawn to Home Instead because she has a passion for helping others and felt like family from the first day. 

Hailey Humphreys - Service Coordinator

Hailey was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She comes to Home Instead with a background in healthcare from having worked at UAMS, and Baptist. Her skills were utilized in several different positions during her time there. Hailey was raised on Humphrey’s Dairy Farm in Hot Springs, AR and has a passion for animals, farming, and general outdoors. Her friends and family are near and dear to her, and you can normally find her anywhere with them if she is not working. 

Shauna Veazey - Client Care Coordinator

Shauna Veazey is the Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead in Little Rock.  She lives in Benton and has 3 daughters, Ashton, Leslie and Katie.  In her spare time she enjoys singing, running, exercising and spending time with family and friends. Her parents taught her to sing at a young age and she is very thankful for that gift.  Shauna has ran over 40 Marathons, Ultra Marathons and a host of other distance runs. She is also a certified Running Coach and is Silver Sneakers certified.  She finds joy in being able to instruct Senior’s in exercise and has worked with Senior Adults for a good portion of her life.  Shauna volunteered with seniors when she was younger and then went on to work as an Activity Director and Director of Dietary Services for an Assisted Living Facility.
