Tammy Jackson - General Manager
Originally from Sheldon, Illinois, Tammy received her Diploma before holding a General Manager position as well as experience in the home health industry. She was brought to Home Instead by her passion for helping seniors in the community and holding a leadership position. In her spare time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her 3 children, hunting, camping, being on the river or lake and cooking.

Howard Walker - Marketing Director, Little Rock
Howard Walker is the Director of Marketing and Community Engagement. A native Arkansan, Howard has over twenty years’ experience in education, sales and development. He is committed to the mission of improving the quality of life for aging adults in central Arkansas. Prior to joining Home Instead, Howard was a Development Director at the University of Central Arkansas where he was part of a record-breaking fundraising team. Additionally, while at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Howard was a member of a development team that raised over $100 million as part of the UA Little Rock campus campaign. Howard received a BSE in Education from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending music concerts and sporting events.

Carrie Hankins, Financial Director
Originally from Beebe, Arkansas Carrie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before becoming a pharmacist. With over 25 years of experience working with home health patients, Carrie was drawn to Home Instead by our mission for keeping seniors comfortable in their homes, and her passion for helping people. Dani Ward, Corporate Trainer
Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Corporate Trainer she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human. All in all, Dani is loving and goal oriented and is excited to provide Saline County with the upmost quality care- because "to us it's personal."

Hannah Melancon - Corporate Director of Service Coordination
Hannah Melancon started working at Home Instead in April 2020. Hannah holds the title of Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all of our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manger at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious 8-year-old Paisley and her very well-loved cat Belle. Hannah loves trail riding, traveling, watching movies, and crafts.

Kassie Ringel - Billing Clerk
Kassie began working at Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in the field after she obtained her CNA license in 2014. One year later she was promoted to Staffing Coordinator. She was born and raised in Michigan, but enjoys living in the south. She spends her free time helping others and spending time with loved ones.

Marissa Craig - Recruiting & Retention Coordinator, Little Rock
Marissa Craig is the Recruiting and Retention Coordinator with Home Instead in Little Rock. Born and raised in Pine Bluff, AR she has been a CNA for five years, a dialysis tech for one year and worked in customer service for two years. Marissa was drawn to Home Instead because she has a passion for helping others and felt like family from the first day.

Chivonda Roberts - Administrative Assistant
Chivonda joined the Little Rock team in July of 2022. She is originally a Texas girl, but now resides in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Previously, she has worked in Dietary and with seniors as a Resident Assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Luna and going on road trips. Chivonda is the first person you see when you walk into the Little Rock office and the first person you speak to when you call the office. Her infectious smile and optimistic attitude reminds us that each new day is a chance to begin again.
