Heather Fenner – Client Care Manager
Heather works within Home Instead Dubuque to foster personalized, compassionate, and professional care experiences. She also provides community-based resources to ensure families and their loved ones have access to a plethora of care options.
In her role as Client Care Manager, Heather is involved in the original assessment and onboarding of the clients, designing, and maintaining their plan of care, preforming on-going quality assurance visits, all veteran affairs, long term care insurance, and continually working with all parties to ensure all needs are met. With a background in physical therapy, Heather provides knowledge and insight on mobility to those seeking Home Care in the greater Dubuque area. She offers body mechanics and safety training with both clients and our Care Professionals alike.
What Heather loves most about her job is being able to offer clients a true alternative to assisted living and nursing homes. Keeping them both safe and independent where they want to be, Home. She plays an integral role in providing creative solutions in the lives of the residents of the greater Dubuque area. When Heather is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading, and drawing.
Lyndsey Hingtgen – HR Manager
Lyndsey, a proud Dubuque native and Human Resource Manager with a passion for adventure and inclusivity.
Hailing from Dubuque, Iowa, Lyndsey embodies the values of her hometown, blending Midwestern charm with a free-spirited approach to life. With a heart set on exploration, she finds joy in discovering new cultures and landscapes, both near and far. As a seasoned traveler, Lyndsey and her husband eagerly seek out new destinations, always on the lookout for the next great adventure. Together, they embrace the thrill of travel, immersing themselves in the beauty of diverse landscapes and the richness of different cultures.
In her professional role as a Human Resource Manager, Lyndsey brings a unique blend of empathy and determination to the Home Care world creating an inclusive and supportive workplace environment for all our Care Professionals. Drawing from her own experiences as a traveler and adventurer, she fosters a culture of openness and collaboration, empowering her team to thrive and grow.

Emma Stanley – Administrative Coordinator
Emma, a native of Iowa, started her career in caregiving within group home settings. She finds satisfaction in fostering meaningful relationships with her clients and cherishes the connection it brings.
Within our office, Emma contributes to recruitment efforts, diligently maintains caregiver documentation, and assists administrators as much as possible. She strives to continue learning and building connections with both clients and caregivers.Specializing in caring for individuals with Alzheimer's or Dementia, Emma prioritizes ensuring their ideal happiness and enjoyment.
Emma is pursuing a bachelor's degree in counseling psychology. Outside of work, Emma finds joy in outdoor activities and cherishes moments spent with loved ones over a cup of coffee.
