In the course of 48 hours the staff accommodated an over the phone consultation, the drafting of a contract, and then due to an unfortunate personal adjustment - the seamless cancelation of the services. The staff is incredibly kind, supportive, and above all flexible. We were not able to actually experience the caregiver services, but if they are even remotely close to the administrative side of the company, I have no doubt in my mind they're worth every dime.

My 85 year old mom who is significantly compromised from a health standpoint has been relying on Home Instead for a couple of years now and they have been terrific. The most important things to me are great care -- physically and emotionally -- as well as great planning so there are "no surprises" and Mom always has coverage. Respect, Recognition and Rapport are all examples of a successful organization. Just mention the names Johnson & Johnson, Nike, CVS or Walgreens and you know that there are very strong trusts and connections to these companies by Seniors and their families. As a senior and an employee of Home Instead, I can honestly say the name Home Instead has a place right next to the names at the beginning of this review. They provide trustworthy, kindhearted, senior home care services in a loved one's home. All caregivers are thoroughly screened, and extensively trained. As a retired teacher, I have always welcomed continuing education each year. In order to provide the highest-quality home care services, education is the magic key that opens doors for those participating in the needs of Seniors and their families. Working for an understanding and flexible organization has given me an inside view filled with respect for Home Instead. On a more personal note, the following saying became very evident to me: "You are never too old or too big to learn." During a yearly continuing education experience, I was given material for ongoing job training. The information was to be learned via a very 21st century system. Because of my age, I am very limited in terms of computer knowledge. After struggling, I was so impressed when the decision was made to have the final part of the video seminar printed out. This to me shows understanding and flexibility not only for the clients, but the caregivers as well! When the employees are well taken care of, it shows how fortunate the Seniors and their families are.

I’ve worked for Fran & Steven for 12 yrs. They have high standards. As a caregiver, it is my job to help our clients realize their potential. That’s not always easy so Fran & Steven provide a great office staff who help us achieve our goals. Brittany, our receptionist makes certain our messages get to the intended staff member. Alex manages the office & our affairs & makes it seem so effortless. Emma some how is able to keep her sanity while trying to find the correct Cg for our clients. I imagine she & Alex hold their breath each day until all Cgs have clocked into their shifts. Ryan has the best conflict resolution skills& does it in a matter of fact way. CCCs are a very important part of the team. Amber, Kathy, & Karen to name a few catch our concerns & are ready to help or throw them to the best staff member /members to help & advise us. CCCs are invaluable. At this time, I’m working with Amber. She does an excellent job representing me & our clients concerns to the rest of the staff. She is always available to assist with any problems or issues that may arise. She is willing to listen & encourage me when I need to vent or doubt myself. Fran & Steven have high standards but not unreasonable ones. We cgs have intermittent training & many in the office ready to assist.

The caregiver was so helpful and was very supportive with my husband. We had him here for 3 weeks.
