Lisa Rabito, Franchise Owner
Nothing means more to Home Instead franchise owner Lisa Rabito than family. The New Orleans-area native is surrounded by a close-knit, loving family that includes husband Mark, sons Matthew and Christian, and daughter Laura.
Every member of Lisa’s family has embraced a benevolent career that involves helping others. Lisa, who grew up in a warm family setting and graduated Mount Carmel Academy, is a Louisiana State University grad.
Lisa has another family. It is the Home Instead staff and Caregivers, as well as the Metairie franchise’s clients and their families. Lisa’s Home Instead family has served the Orleans and Jefferson Parishes for nearly 20 years. “For me,” Lisa firmly said, “everything is about relationships. With strong family ties, you have an authentic count-on-me stability, dignity, respect and help when it’s requested. Everything about Home Instead is like family to us.”

Christian Rabito, General Manager
christian.rabito@homeinstead.com
My tenure at Home Instead these past 10 years has helped shape me into the person I am today – I started as a Caregiver, worked in the billing and payroll department, hired and recruited Caregivers, worked as the marketing director for 8 years, and currently have been promoted to the General Manager position. I want to learn each and every day about not only this company, but also the home care industry in general. I believe this industry is ever-evolving, and I want to make sure we are well equipped to handle the needs of our client base and Care Professionals. I am a husband to my wonderful wife Katie, a father to my baby boy Remy (and 2 cats), and an avid Saints and LSU fan. I graduated from Jesuit High School, then received my undergraduate degree at LSU in Management, and finally graduated from Loyola with my MBA.

Monique Dieudonne, Client Care Manager
monique.dieudonne@homeinstead.com
Originally from Maryland, I came to this great state as an undergraduate student at Xavier University of Louisiana in 2008. Upon graduating with a BA in Philosophy, I dedicated a year to both personal spiritual growth as well as community service while attending Bible College. From there, I went on to teach third grade for four years and happened to be transitioning careers when I discovered this wonderful company. I originally joined the Home Instead family as a Caregiver, working part-time, which quickly changed to full-time. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working as the Office Coordinator, Team Lead Caregiver, and Human Resources Team Lead. I’m grateful to now be serving as a Client Care Manager, as it has given me a more complete view and deeper appreciation for this business. I’m extremely proud of the work we do here in New Orleans, and I know that the impact goes far beyond what we can even see.

Sarah Breisacher, Human Resources Specialist
sarah.breisacher@homeinstead.com
I received my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Education from Louisiana State University. GEAUX TIGERS! I always had an interest in healthcare so this position is the best of both worlds- utilizing my degree and learning every day about the field. I LOVE going on intro's and being able to witness the client's and CAREGiver's learn to work together. It brings me joy being able to talk with the CAREGiver's every day and learn about our clients. When I'm not at work, I love to cook and exercise. I wake up every day at 4:45 am to start my day with a good work out. This helps clear my head and get my day started before coming to the office. I am currently studying to take my SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resouces Management- Certified Professional) exam in May. I hope to learn and utilize more skills once I have this test under my belt.

Marie Findorff, Scheduling Manager
marie.findorff@homeinstead.com
I have been with Home Instead for seven years now. I first started out as a Caregiver, and I loved being able to help our clients and family members. Helping the senior community has always been a personal passion of mine. I then moved into my new role four years ago as Scheduling Coordinator. I just recently became the Scheduling Manager. The best part of my job would have to be forming great relationships with our seniors and their families. I was also raised by my grandparents, and they are my true inspiration and a big reason why I love what I do! I was born and raised in St. Bernard parish and reside there with my wonderful husband and my two beautiful daughters.

Tiffany Smith, Scheduling Coordinator
I have been with Home Instead for 10 years in September 2023. I started off as a Caregiver. I have always loved caring for others and giving back. I wear many hats at Home Instead, like working on-call staffing, assistant admin staffing, and now Staffing in the office. I enjoy making connections with Care Pros and clients. I also get the joy of hearing some of the most wonderful stories from clients, client family members, and our Care Pros. Lastly, I am so proud to say that my grandmother, Bobbie Smith, won Caregiver of the year in 2012. She has always been such an inspiration to me and taught me how to care for others and to respect my elders. If I am lucky, I will become a senior, one day.

Linda DeSue, RN
I have been a nurse for over 50 years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I have worked in acute care hospitals and long term care before coming to Home Instead. Home Instead enables me to connect with clients and Care Pros and help wherever I am needed. I have been with Home Instead for 5 plus years, starting as a Care Pro, and then moving into education and training , and also into the Client Care realm.
Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, I am part of a legacy of blue collar hard working individuals . Go Steelers! As the oldest of 10 children, I have been a caregiver all of my life. I truly feel I am where I was meant to be.

Amber Dupuy, Home Care Consultant
I have been in marketing for six years now. I love having the opportunity to meet so many amazing individuals every day. My whole life I have always loved to connect with people. I am fairly new to the healthcare industry but working in senior care has truly touched my heart. Contributing to helping make a difference in their lives has been a blessing and never like a day of work.

Blenda Miles, Account Specialist
Blenda is a wife, a mother of 2 grown children, a daughter, and a sister, so she truly understands the importance of relationships. With over 30 years in the accounting field, Blenda merges her values in family and her gift in accounting to give heart to numbers!

Fay Kelting, Care Professional Development Coordinator
I have been the Care Professional educator for almost 10 years. I train new incoming Care Professionals with all required training from Home Instead Corporate, as well as all State required training. I also provide a variety of continuing education classes so our Care Pros can give our clients the best possible care as well taking care of themselves. I am the mother of 3 wonderful children and grandmother to an awesome grandson.

Elaine Cucinello, Inquiry Specialist
elaine.cucinello@homeinstead.com
I am the Caregiver Liaison for Home Instead Metairie office. My passion is taking care of people and seeing them happy. In my personal life, my husband, Gary, and I have two daughters and six grandchildren. I love doing things with my family, and that includes things like playing board games, boating, fishing, crabbing, cooking or just hanging out.
My passion carries over into my professional life because I want to see our Seniors have the best quality of life possible in their later years. The same goes for our Caregivers…I want them to be happy doing what they do, and to have the best tools possible in order to properly take care of our Seniors. I try my best to resolve any concerns that the Caregivers may have, and to show that they are appreciated by thanking them and rewarding them for a job well done.
I've been told by people that they can tell that I really care about the work that I do. I guess when you're doing something that you love, it shows! I think the fact that I have a lot of empathy and compassion for people helps.
I also love my church family! I volunteer one Sunday a month right now, but when I have more time in the future, I plan on being more involved.

Lynne-Marie Ruckert, Recruitment Specialist
lynnemarie.ruckert@homeinstead.com
Being a boy mom and knowing the importance of family are important aspects of life for Lynne-Marie. I started working for Home Instead in 2014 in the Staffing Office, building relationships with clients and CAREGivers. When I became a Client Care Coordinator- it changed my life. Getting to share stories with our Seniors is the best part of my day! Having families know they can trust us to care for their loved one when they cannot be there is the icing on the cake. I get to interact with our clients and CAREGivers in so many ways and share in successes and in sorrow. I helped care for my own grandparents growing up and use what I learned from them to live my life to the fullest. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from the University of New Orleans. I live in Harahan with my husband and 2 sons.

Scarlet Plocher, Homecare Consultant
scarlet.plocher@homeinstead.com
I first started working with Home Instead in 2017 as the Home Care Consultant as well as being the Social Media/Website Manager.
When I first entered this role, I had no clue how much my life would change. All of the insightful information I would come to learn would directly play a role in my personal life. I was raised by my grandparents and learning more about quality aging has helped me to walk my own grandparents through this transition in their lives.
I enjoy making connections with others in the healthcare field as well as helping to educate with CEUs, in-services and one on one meetings with helpful resources for aging adults. Our company also adopts around 1500 seniors each year with the help of our local community for our Be a Santa to a Senior Program.
Hopefully, we will all live long enough to become senior adults, who age gracefully with a quality life. Information and education are so valuable to have and that's what I would love to help with!

Ashley Heffker, Client Service Manager
Ashley.heffker@homeinstead.com
I started with Home Instead Senior Care 4 years ago and I truly enjoy every minute of it. Caring for our seniors brings so much joy to my life. I love knowing I can make a difference in theirs. I received my degree in nursing from Charity School of Nursing and before that, I was a certified Horticulturist for the state of Louisiana. My joke to everyone is that I can save a human and a plant at the same time. My role at Home Instead Senior Care is to make sure our seniors get everything they need. I am an advocate with our CAREGivers for our seniors when they and their families help. I am a mother to two wonderful teenage boys and a bonus parent to my beautiful stepdaughters. My goal in life is to make everyone laugh.

Ashley Matherne - Receptionist
ashley.matherne@homeinstead.com
Growing up, I loved the way my mom would care for others. I remember her always saying, “A smile is the best gift to give and receive and when you speak with a smile, kindness is heard.”
That has always stuck with me.
Not too long ago, my mom had to do the unthinkable. She had to put her life on hold, move to Memphis with me, and be my caregiver. I became a patient at St. Jude. What got me through it believe it or not was my mom’s smile. She knew what I needed each day. What a gift of love!
I am a proud survivor and felt the calling to give back. Home instead has been that perfect place for me.
With determination, I recently received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Orleans and I married my high school sweetheart. We became fur – parents to our sweet puppy named Cedar. On my free time, I love spending time with my family and shopping with my mom. Another thing my mom and I love to do is shop for my maw-maw who has dementia. Every time she visits we have a gift for her to open. She loves the littlest things. Her smiles make us the happiest.

Nicolle Sigur, Client Care Coordinator
I am born and raised in New Orleans graduating from Mount Carmel Academy and Southeastern Louisiana University. I graduated in 1999 with my Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and began my career in Long Term Care. After dedicating 23 years to Long Term Care I was given an amazing opportunity to become a part of the Home Instead Family. I began my journey with Home Instead in August of 2022 as a Client Care Coordinator. I have a passion for caring for the elderly and it continues to grow as each year passes. I am married with two daughters, two stepdaughters, two stepsons and a chocolate lab named Hunter. I love Family time and making lasting memories. I love to travel and going on cruises.
