Congratulations to our final CarePro of the Month of 2022, Lashawnda! Lashawnda helped us send 2022 out on a high note by providing outstanding care for her clients throughout the month of December! Congratulations to our November CarePro of the Month, Lamae! This makes Lamae a two time recipient of CarePro of the Month! Lamae helped her home care client by picking up extra hours to provide some peace of mind while the clients family was out of town, and they knew their loved one would be in good hands with Lamae! Thanks for all you do Lamae!

Congratulations to our October CarePro of the month, Kim W! Kim went above and beyond for her home care client by putting her monthly training to work by organizing her clients medication list, emergency phone numbers, and other important information! Kim has continued to show her dedication to her client by always being there for her, and taking her to her appointments. Thanks for all you do Kim, congratulations!

Congratulations to our September CAREGiver of the month, LaDana! Throughout the month of September, LaDana took on two new clients on a regular basis, and has received glowing reviews from those clients! She always shows up on time, with a smile on her face ready to go the extra mile for her clients. We are very lucky to have LaDana as a part of our Home Instead team, thanks for all you do!

Congratulations to our August CAREGiver of the Month, Knydra! Knydra really stepped up throughout the month of August and helped her home care clients out by picking up extra hours. Congratulations to our July CAREGiver of the Month, Vonda! Vonda is our first ever two-time CAREGiver of the Month! Throughout the month of July Vonda has gone way above and beyond for her clients by picking up extra days, staying late if her clients need her, and providing outstanding care. Vonda continues to make a difference in the lives of her clients and their families, by allowing them to stay home safely. Thanks for all you do Vonda!

Congratulations to our June CAREGiver of the Month, Diegza W! Diegza was described by one of our clients as "Over the Moon", because she comes right in, and gets to work with her client, and goes above and beyond with other tasks around the house. We can always rely on Diegza to show up to her shift, and give 110% to her clients. We are extremely grateful to have her as a part of our team. Thanks for all you do Diegza!

Congratulations to Nell, our May CAREGiver of the Month! Nell has been a CAREGiver with Home Instead since November 2021, and has continued to show her optimistic, generous, and hard working nature. She is willing to help out by staying over on shift when needed, even after she has worked an overnight shift. Nell is very patient with her home care clients by taking her time to ensure they have everything they need. She has helped out by picking up extra shifts at the last minute for her clients. We are so glad to have Nell as a part of the Home Instead family! Thank you for all that you do, Nell!

Congratulations to Priscilla, our April CAREGiver of the month! Priscilla has been a CAREGiver with Home Instead since February 2022. She brings joy to her clients by always having a smile on her face! Priscilla is always willing to step out of her comfort zone by going to see new clients and receives positive feedback from her clients saying how kind and compassionate she is during her shifts. Congratulations to Riannan, our March CAREGiver of the Month! Riannan has been a CAREGiver with Home Instead for 7 years now! She is extremely dedicated to providing quality care for her clients by going above and beyond, and making sure her clients needs are met. We are thankful to have Riannan as a part of our team! Congratulations to our February CAREGiver of the Month, Emily! Emily joined the Home Instead team in October of 2021 and is always willing to go the extra mile for her home care clients. She is willing to adjust her schedule to meet the needs of her clients, and never fails to bring joy to her clients with a smile and her sense of humor. Claudette joined our home care team in August of 2021, and has showed her energetic, caring, and helpful personality with our clients since she started. Congratulations to our December CAREGiver of the Month, Kim W! Kim has been a part of our team since August of 2020. Kim is a dedicated CAREGiver who goes the extra mile for her home care clients. This was her clients first Christmas without her husband and Kim took it upon herself to help her client decorate her house and lift her spirits. We value Kim as an employee and appreciate all her hard work as a CAREGiver. Kim is truly an asset to Home Instead, we are fortunate to have her as part of our senior care team!

Congratulations to our November CAREGiver of the Month, Tammy M! Tammy joined the Home Instead team in October of 2017, and has provided excellent care for her clients over the past 4 years. Tammy is very dedicated to her clients, and provides quality home care for them by being caring and compassionate. We can always count on Tammy to go above and beyond for her clients! Congratulations to our October CAREGiver of the Month, Lucinda K! Lucinda has been apart of our home care team for over two years now, and has continuously made an impact on her clients lives. Lucinda is always the first one to jump in and help out when her clients need her, even if that means picking up a shift last minute. Lucinda even took it upon herself to have a custom bandana made her clients new puppy! Thank you for all you do, we are truly lucky to have you as a part of our team!

Congratulations to our September CAREGiver of the Month, Lois! Lois has been with Home Instead for 3 years and has provided excellent senior care for her clients since joining our team. Throughout the month of September, Lois was picking up extra hours with her home care client who had fallen and was in rehab. The first few days he was in rehab, he didn’t have anyone there to keep him company. He specifically requested Lois who took on extra hours and followed strict facility protocols to ensure she could be there to boost his spirits while recovering! Thank you Lois, we are truly lucky to have you as a part of our team!

We are very happy to announce our August CAREGiver of the month, Lamae S.! Lamae does an awesome job anticipating the needs of her home care clients, always showing a positive attitude, and engaging her clients in activities. We asked one of Lamae’s clients to describe her, and their response was “She is a delight to be around”. We are honored to have Lamae as a member of our Toledo, Ohio CAREGiver team. We are so excited to announce our July CAREGiver of the month, Ruby S! Ruby has been a member of our CAREGiver team since September 2018. Ruby is a very compassionate and kind-hearted CAREGiver who always has such a positive attitude. We can always count on Ruby to go the extra mile for her clients and always be professional. We especially want to thank Ruby for referring a new client to Home Instead. We are honored to have Ruby as a member of our team! Thanks Ruby, we greatly appreciate you and all your hard work!

We are excited to announce our June CAREGiver of the Month, Julie J! Julie has been a member of our CAREGiver team since May of 2020. Julie does an amazing job building relationships with our clients and their family members. We can always count on Julie to provide top quality care for her clients and being reliable, professional, and responsible. We are honored to have Julie as a member of our team, thanks for all you do Julie!

Congratulations to our May CAREGiver of the month, Heath! Heath joined our team in April of 2021, and has been outstanding since joining our team. Heaths regular client is a former artist and loves looking at different art, but struggles to do so because of some loss of close up vision. Heath took it upon himself to think of a creative way to show her different artwork by driving her around downtown Toledo showing her the different murals painted on the buildings, which she absolutely loved! Heath continues to go above and beyond for his clients, and shows the Home Instead way by being kind, caring, and compassionate. Thank you for all you do Heath!

Congratulations to our April CAREGiver of the month, Ellen W! Ellen joined our team in November of 2019, and is always looking for ways to go above and beyond for her home care clients. As of recent, Ellen took it upon herself to suggest trying yoga to one of her clients. Fast forward a couple weeks it is now routine for them. Ellen has even noticed some improvements in her clients balance since starting the yoga. We are very lucky to have such a caring individual as part of our CAREGiving team, thank you for all you do for the seniors in the Toledo area, Ellen!

Congratulations to our March CAREGiver of the Month, Ashlen T.! Ashlen joined our CAREGiver team in August of 2020. One of the biggest things that stood out to us about Ashlen is that she went above and beyond not only for her client, but for the clients family as well. The Home Instead mission statement is “To enhance the lives of aging adults and their families,” which is exactly what Ashlen has done. We asked Ashlen what her favorite part of Caregiving is and her response was “I love seeing the bond that the clients have with their family members, it shows me what I want to have for my family someday.” Thank you Ashlen for all of your hard work and dedication to your clients and their families, we are honored to have such a caring individual as part of our team!

Vonda joined our team in November of 2020. Throughout the month of February, Vonda has gone above and beyond by picking up extra shifts, being flexible with her times, getting great feedback from her clients, and working with many clients with various needs. When asked what her favorite part of being a Home Instead CAREGiver is, Vonda said "I had my Caregiving is my Superpower shirt on and was faced with a difficult situation while on shift and knew I needed to activate those superpowers in this situation. Between that and remembering my previous training, I was able to successfully handle the situation and get the client what he needed. It felt so good to have that breakthrough during such a difficult situation". Thank you Vonda for all you do for our clients!
