Lauren Chase - Home Care Consultant
Lauren is proud to serve the Senior community of Guilford County as our Care Consultant and Community Liaison. She is dedicated to connecting families and their loved ones with the care that they need to stay in the place that they love most. Lauren attended Endicott College in Massachusetts, following which she spent almost 20 years in Marketing and Business Development in a variety of industries. She discovered her passion for Home Care while assisting her family in planning and arranging care for her grandparents.
Pursuing her desire to serve the Senior population, Lauren entered the Home Care field in Vermont in 2016 as a Care Coordinator and Community Liaison. Her genuine caring and empathy led her to develop many lasting relationships with clients and their families as well as others who serve the Senior population. She was actively involved in coordinating her agency’s sponsorship of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s along with other community activities including volunteering at a Senior Living Community.
Desiring to be closer to family, Lauren relocated to Greensboro in 2020 with her husband and son. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys cooking, reading, art and outdoor adventures with family and friends.

Latest review from our community
Since our very first meeting to assess my parents needs we’ve had a great experience with Home Instead. The care team clearly explained services and found a Caregiver that would match well with my parents needs. Our caregiver has been exceptional and has provided great care for mom and dad. We are very grateful for Home Instead!
