About Us

Meet Our Team

team member Jane

Jane Ripberger, Owner

Jane began her career with Home Instead in April of 2009 as a Home Care Consultant and Client Care Coordinator.  Born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati, Jane attended Mother of Mercy High School and is a graduate of St. Francis Hospital/Great Oaks School of Nursing.  Growing up her parents taught her the value the elderly brings to the community as she  would visit elderly family and friends with her father which led  her to a career in nursing.   With over 40 years’ experience in caring for the aged,  she became the Director of Operations for the West Side of Cincinnati  franchise in November of 2018.  On January 1, 2021, Jane became the owner of the franchise office in her hometown,  continuing to care for seniors on the West Side.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and gardening. 

Team member Kris

Kris Dickey, Client Care Coordinator

‚Äč‚ÄčKris started with Home Instead in February of 2008 as an Office Coordinator. Her passion for helping seniors and their families have led her to her current role as Client Care Coordinator. She is responsible for quality assurance and ensuring our clients have an outstanding experience in receiving care from our CAREGivers. Kris is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration. She enjoys spending time with her husband Jamie and son, Josh.

Colleen Quigley, Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Colleen began her career with Home Instead in March of 2015 and is currently our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator.  Colleen was born and raised on the West Side of Cincinnati and attended Mother of Mercy High School.  As our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator, Colleen is responsible for the recruiting, hiring and training of our CAREGivers.  Colleen enjoys assisting others and spending time with her family especially her 5 beautiful grandchildren.

Team member RaNita

RaNita Marchioni, Service Coordinator

RaNita was born and raised on the East side of Cincinnati, she moved to the Westside after getting married which has always been home to her husband. She enjoys spending her weekends with her three children and a dog that keep her busy and loves sports. RaNita has been in the medical field for seventeen years, attended School for Creative and Performing Arts, majoring in singing and dance.
