After a candidate completes the employment application, there is a multi-step interview and onboarding process and candidates must pass several background checks prior to joining the Home Instead team.

Upon hire, a team member will receive on-the-job training starting with orientation to learn all about how to care for an aging adult and their family.

In addition to orientation, all staff embark on a training path that supports learning and develops the skills to care for our aging loved ones.
