May 2022 Professional Caregiver of the Month – Randi J.
Randi is from Augusta, KS and attended Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology where she studied orthotics and prosthetics. She originally joined our team in 2018 when she needed a flexible part-time job. Having cared for her grandmother, she had the skills and the heart for caregiving so it was a good fit from the start! Randi’s professional and educational journey led her to resign in 2019, but she expressed interest in rejoining our team in 2021 while working on her massage therapy license, and we were thrilled to have her back! Randi has always taken the job of caregiving very seriously and professionally. She is very dependable and has excellent communication skills. What she loves most about being a caregiver is meeting and talking with her clients. She loves hearing their life stories and having the opportunity to build personal relationships with her clients is very meaningful to her.
