Home Instead – Central and North Denver Metro Area, Colorado

Home Instead® is looking for a successful sales and marketing professional to take us to the next level in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This position is responsible for handling service inquiry communications from prospective clients, signing up new clients after meeting and understanding the client and family members' unique care needs, assisting the Franchise Owner with marketing campaigns/events, maximizing our existing referral relationships, as well as seeking out and establishing new referral relationships. You will be handling communications from prospective clients, and visiting referral sources as well as visiting prospective and current clients locally in the Central and North Denver metro area. We are looking for that individual who, either through a personal or professional experience, has come to know and understand the importance of senior care.

  • You have 1+ year(s) outside sales experience.
  • You have 1+ year(s) marketing experience.
  • You have a valid driver’s license w/ auto insurance.
  • Home care experience is a plus!***
  • Consultative sales experience is a plus!***

(MARKETING) Day-to-Day Duties…

  • Create, post/disseminate regular marketing and educational campaigns.
  • Create & post/deliver educational marketing content through email campaigns, social media and website postings, etc.
  • Social media postings to Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.
  • Research & develop relationships with referral sources/referral providers.
  • Produce referrals.
  • Prepare & document cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source & client needs.
  • Cultivate a network w/ referral providers (including hospitals, physicians, rehabs & senior living facilities).
  • Work with the Company’s SEO provider to create recruiting & marketing campaigns.

(SALES) Day-to-Day Duties…

  • Perform all phases of the consultative sales process.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities.
  • Detail weekly & monthly activities focused on meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Maintain accurate records in our operating system of all sales & prospecting activities.

  • Develop & implement targeted sales / marketing plans.
  • Focus on inquiry generation & new business acquisition.
  • Conduct Service Inquiries and Care Consultations.
  • Contribute to the development of educational programs.
  • Represent the company at various community exhibits, sponsorships and/or business meetings.
  • Maintain regular attendance / contact w/ the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Expect that a majority of time will be spent outside of the office.
  • Demonstrate open, positive, and effective communication.
  • Act as a Caregiver to clients as needed.

  • Must have computer skills and be proficient in Word, Adobe, Constant Contact (or similar software), PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel.
