Get to Know a Care Pro

Chloe A., Home Instead Oakland County, MI

Leading with Compassion, Training with Heart

Chloe's role at Home Instead blends two of her greatest strengths: teaching others and caring deeply for older adults. Before joining the team, she spent four years managing a busy chiropractic clinic, where she trained staff with patience, kindness, and clarity. That same skillset now helps her shape the next generation of Care Pros.

“Even though I’m not a Care Pro myself, I’ve always felt drawn to older adults,” Chloe says. “From neighbors to patients at the clinic, I’ve had meaningful relationships with seniors throughout my life—and I know how much respect and care they deserve.”

In her role as a trainer, Chloe helps new Care Pros feel confident and prepared. She especially values how in-home care helps clients feel like themselves. “Being in their own home lets them keep their routines, their comfort, and their independence,” she says. “It’s not about what they can’t do—it’s about supporting who they still are.”

Chloe is passionate about the power of positivity. “Some of our clients have been through a lot,” she shares. “But they teach me how to stay optimistic and grateful. That’s something I carry with me every day.”

She knows that families want to feel confident in the people entering their loved one’s home—and she’s proud to be part of a team that inspires that trust. “The Care Pros we train are smart, kind, and dedicated. I wouldn’t send anyone into a home that I wouldn’t trust with my own family.”

For Chloe, what makes the Clawson team special is clear: “We communicate. We collaborate. We care. Every client and every Care Pro matters—and that’s what keeps us strong.”
