The home care industry is fast-growing, and we are always looking for enthusiastic and dependable individuals with a strong passion to care for seniors to join our team. We can teach you the skills needed to do the job, but we cannot give you the heart and desire to care for others…this comes from within. So if you are only looking for a paycheck, then this would not be a good job fit. However, if you truly have an interest in enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families, then you are the one!

3. Recognition for a Job Well Done

We cannot ever express enough how much we value each CAREGiver! We do our best to express gratitude and recognize hard work. We have quarterly recognition for the ‘CAREGivers of the Quarter’ award and annually submit a nomination for the “CAREGiver of the Year” to our Home Office. Our office staff has gone out in the field and provided “Thank You” gift baskets to our CAREGivers. We never want you to forget how important your role is at Home Instead and how much you are appreciated!

4. Opportunities for Growth!

As our business continues to grow, we provide opportunities for our CAREGivers to learn new skillsets. We routinely meet with our CAREGivers and hold discussions surrounding their performance and aspirations. We want to know what is important to you and your family! We offer additional training in areas such as Hospice, Alzheimer's & Dementia, and Bedbound care. We not only do this so that we can service our clients’ needs, but so that you can grow and learn more advanced types of care. This will broaden the range and number of clients that you are qualified to visit.
