Monica comes to Home Instead with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has over 25 years working with older adults and is a proven leader in the field of aging.

Monica holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She began her career in cardiac rehab and later worked with over sixty faith communities as a liaison between the hospital system and parish nurses and health ministers. She has spent many years as an executive director in senior living communities, specifically memory care, winning awards for best practices.

Monica is very passionate about her work with older adults and is best known for her work in whole-person wellness. She has spoken both locally and nationally and participated in several articles on the topic. Creating a culture of whole-person wellness is a core value for Monica. Meeting people where they are in their journey, anticipating their needs, providing guidance and support, and having a positive approach is what Monica does best.

In her free time, Monica looks forward to hanging out with family and friends. She enjoys the simple things in life, especially laughing and having fun with her grandchildren.

With two and half years of hands-on experience in hospital operations and a current focus on home care for seniors, Abby is a dedicated professional in the healthcare field. She has had a proven track record of improving patient outcomes and streamlining healthcare processes.

During her tenure in hospital operations, Abby gained extensive knowledge in managing patient care, coordinating patient experience services, and optimizing hospital workflows. This experience has provided a solid foundation for her current role, where she is assisting seniors in accessing quality home care services.

Now, as General Manager at Home Instead, Abby is committed to helping seniors live independently and comfortably in their own homes. By providing personalized care solutions and support, she can ensure that seniors receive the attention and assistance they need.

Abby holds a certification as a dementia practitioner, continually seeks to stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare. She believes in a compassionate, patient-centered approach, ensuring every individual receives the best possible care.

Abby in her free time loves to take her golden retriever on hikes, traveling anywhere warm, spiritually growing in her faith as a Christian and spending time with her family.

Bobbi holds a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked in health care for over four years and came to Home Instead two years ago. Bobbi brings a spirit of collaboration and compassion for both Care Pros and clients alike.

Bobbi is committed to hiring the best Care Professionals that will provide the quality-of-care Home Instead expects. She is uplifting and spreads positivity in her approach. She understands the unique abilities of each Care Pro and works with the team to place them with the right client.

Bobbi is a Cincinnati native. In her free time, Bobbi loves spending time at Lake Cumberland with her friends and family and going on hikes with her husband and dog.
