Meet Our Home Care Team
Sudheer Sree, Owner
Sudheer's 15 years of experience working in health care showed him the importance of caring for seniors at home. That’s why he made it his mission to bring quality care to Oakland with Home Instead Senior Care. He’s looking forward to having a real impact on seniors’ lives by providing you with proper in-home care and support. Sudheer spends his free time volunteering, giving back to the community and being with family.
Rose Romualdo, Service/Staffing Coordinators
Rose is responsible for selecting the best Care Pro for a particular client, and scheduling the Care pro's hours with the client. Her main responsibility is to provide excellent service to our seniors by matching them with compatible, caring and skilled Care pros, allowing us to fulfill our mission of keeping clients in their homes, living as independently as possible for as long as possible.
Ruby Rubio, LVN, Client Care Coordinator/Case Manager
She is a Licensed Vocational Nurse who works with our clients in regard to care planning and case management. She also monitors, evaluates and logs both client and CAREGiver activities and progress to make sure we are providing quality care to our seniors.
Ivy Santos, Community Relations/Client Care Coordinator
Ivy partners with local medical centers, assisted living facilities and other senior housing properties in providing resources and services to our business partners and generating referrals.
