Home Instead prides itself in our CAREGiver’s satisfaction. It all begins with our new hire orientation training, followed by client introductions and shadow shifts. Each CAREGiver is assigned a direct Supervisor that will check in with them regularly, ensuring that everything is going great! If you have any questions, we are just a phone call away - 24 hours a day! We also provide flexible schedule options to meet our CAREGiver’s varying needs – we can work around personal commitments, school schedules, other work schedules and more. We also engage with CAREGivers regularly through special recognition activities, CAREGiver meetings, in-office events and more.
