Tim Vasconcellos

Tim Vasconcellos found the need for reliable, trustworthy home care first hand when his wife's Grandmother began feeling uncomfortable living at home. Tasks like taking laundry up and down the basement stairs, hauling garbage to the curb, and driving to Doctor appointments across town became a burden.

Tim knew that his Grandmother wanted to remain in the home she had lived in since the end of WWII. She just needed some assistance. His quest to help find her reliable, trustworthy home care led him to Home Instead Senior Care. He was so impressed with the organization that he was inspired to open his own office in Milford, OH serving Clermont and Brown counties.  He purchased another franchise in Montgomery, OH that services all of East Cincinnati. 

His mission is to bring the same level of customer experience and quality care forged in 14 years in Milford to the office in Montgomery.  Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Miami University, as well as an MBA degree from Xavier University.

Team Member Laura McManis

General Manager, Laura McManis

Laura started with Home Instead in November of 2015 as Client Care Coordinator, and in November of 2016 became Director of Operations for the Milford office, and in January of 2021 became General Manager of the Montgomery office.  She has a psychology degree from Eastern Kentucky University, and previously worked as a Licensed Social Worker for a long-term care facility in East Cincinnati. In her role she is responsible for all internal functions of our organization, including recruitment and retention, client care, quality assurance, and scheduling. Laura lives in Loveland with her husband and two children.

Alison Earl, Office Manager & Staff Accountant

Alison Earl was formerly a consultant for Home Instead, but is now the Office Manager and Bookkeeper. She was formerly a part-time accountant and stay-at-home Mom before coming to Home Instead. Alison holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University and resides in Liberty Township with her husband and three children.

Sarah Frey, Director of Business Development

Sarah began her career with Home Instead in November of 2010 as the Community Service Representative. She now is responsible for business development in the East Cincinnati area as well as the Clermont and Brown county offices.  Sarah spends much of her time in the community spreading the word about Home Instead Senior Care and our services to families and professionals in the healthcare, medical, and social programs arenas. She is a Xavier University graduate and resides in Anderson Township with her husband and two children.

Adrienne Wilson, Client Care Coordinator

Adrienne began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 2016. She uses her talent and experience as the liaison between our office and our clients. Adrienne is responsible for Quality Assurance and ensuring our clients have the outstanding experience they have come to expect from Home Instead. She has a Bachelor's degree in History from Lee University.  Adrienne lives with her husband on a farm in Oxford, OH.  She spends her free time with her three grandchildren.

Team Member Katie

Katie Hodulik - Engagement Manager

Katie began at Home Instead in May of 2017 and has held multiple roles within our organization.  She is currently the Engagement Manager.  Katie has previous experience in the healthcare and financial services industries and holds a degree in Psychology from Xavier University. She enjoys helping others and is excited to be part of the Home Instead Team. As the Engagement Manager, she is responsible for our employee retention and satisfaction.  In her free time, Katie enjoys painting and biking.

Christina Douglass - Recruitment Coordinator

Christina is our Recruitment Coordinator.  She is responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of our CAREGiver staff, and lives in Loveland with her husband and two dogs.  She has previous experience working in medical billing and coding, as well as customer service.  In her free time, Christina enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
