2022 Care Professional of the Year: LaTashia R.

Congratulations to our Care Professional of the Year, LaTashia R.! LaTashia joined our team and quickly soared as a Care Professional. She became a Lead Care Pro due to her leadership, commitment to clients, and desire to live Home Instead every day. LaTashia has been instrumental in ensuring all clients have care, often adapting her schedule to client scheduling needs. She builds outstanding connections with clients and their families. Our office has received numerous compliments about LaTashia’s attentive care, knowledge of caregiving, and ability to establish trust with a client.

LaTashia does a great job of reassuring our clients that they are safe in her care and that all will be okay. She is dependable. Clients and their families know they can count on her to be there. She forms personal connections with clients, finding common ground with everyone to create a relationship built on trust, familiarity, and to provide individualized care.

She is always thinking ahead and making sure that our clients needs are met. LaTashia is respected by clients, their families, her peers, and office staff. She has a gentle yet confident approach, so clients feel comfortable and safe in her care.

Congratulations to our Care Pro of the Month, Tara! Tara has been with Home Instead for over 3 years. She connects easily and quickly with clients. Tara establishes trust with clients and their families and builds fantastic relationships with people. She gives compassionate and thoughtful care to clients. Tara is a very knowledgeable and talented Care Pro. She recognizes changes with clients quickly and can adapt to her clients’ changing needs. We appreciate Tara’s professional and positive attitude. She is helpful with the office and has picked up additional shifts to ensure all clients receive great care. Tara is passionate about caregiving and takes every client into her heart. Care Professional of the Month: Ralph

Congratulations to our Care Professional of the Month, Ralph! Ralph has been with Home Instead for 7 years and provides outstanding care to clients! Ralph is very attentive and goes above and beyond in his care for others. He is excellent at noticing every detail and keeps our Home Instead office well informed. We greatly appreciate Ralph! He and his client have a wonderful relationship. Ralph has taken the time to truly get to know the client and what is important to him. Ralph understands the importance of the little things and makes great effort to ensure his client is comfortable and happy. Care Professional of the Month: Lettie

Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Month, Lettie! Lettie goes above and beyond for clients and cares deeply for everyone. During a winter storm, Lettie’s sole focus was ensuring her client’s needs were met, he was safe, and that other Caregivers were safe. Lettie chose to work and stay for 3 days with the client, ensuring he was never alone and that he was safe and comfortable in his home. Lettie frequently says how much she cares about clients and enjoys being with them. Lettie connects easily with clients and brings so much joy and compassion wherever she goes. Lettie is dedicated to living Home Instead every day and we are ecstatic to recognize her and celebrate her as our Caregiver of the Month! Thank you, Lettie!
