January 2024 Care Pro of the Month: Tameka R.

Tameka has provided care for multiple clients over the past few months, all with highly specific needs, and has built a positive rapport with both clients and their families. She has an open heart to see all clients and gives kind, respectful, and patient care to everyone. 2023 Care Professional of the Year: Simone H.

Congratulations to Simone, our 2023 Care Professional of the Year! Simone is highly dedicated to clients and takes her job seriously. She knows clients and their families count on her. She understands how important it is to be consistent with clients. Our office can depend on Simone arriving to all shifts on time, prepared for the day ahead of her, and ready to share her heart with others. She builds trust with clients and their families by listening, observing, and showing genuine care and concern. Simone takes the lead by being responsible and remaining in communication with our office. She is professional and respectful to everyone. She shares her heart through her daily work for clients – she is passionate about caregiving and every client she sees has a special place in her heart. Her kindness and compassion are evident to all who meet her.

Simone is attentive to clients’ needs and notices the details. She is sensitive to their changing needs and adapts her care as needed. She is open to seeing new clients and remains calm and confident in all caregiving situations. When a client experiences anxiety or agitation, Simone gently redirects and reassures, offering understanding and easing the client’s worries. She is very knowledgeable and enjoys caring for all clients she sees. We are so thankful for Simone and the wonderful way she cares for others. Patricia is passionate about caregiving. She cares deeply for clients and works hard to ensure their needs are met. She’s been very helpful throughout the whole summer and into this fall in picking up shifts and understanding the need for flexibility with the schedule to make sure all clients have care. LaTashia does a great job of reassuring our clients that they are safe in her care and that all will be okay. She is dependable. Clients and their families know they can count on her to be there. Care Professional of the Month: Lettie

Congratulations to our Caregiver of the Month, Lettie! Lettie goes above and beyond for clients and cares deeply for everyone. During a winter storm, Lettie’s sole focus was ensuring her client’s needs were met, he was safe, and that other Caregivers were safe. Lettie chose to work and stay for 3 days with the client, ensuring he was never alone and that he was safe and comfortable in his home. Lettie frequently says how much she cares about clients and enjoys being with them. Lettie connects easily with clients and brings so much joy and compassion wherever she goes.
