Stephanie Evans - RN of Quality Assurance

Orginally from Louisville, Kentucky Stephanie attended the University of Kentucky and earned a BS in Health Administration. After joining the workforce for a couple years Stephanie decided to extend her education and earned her LPN and RN titles before joining us here at Home Instead. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys cooking new recipes, gardening and spending time with her husband and family on the boat!

Allyson Lane - Service Coordinator

A born and raised Cardinals fan, Allyson graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies. After starting at Home Instead as a Care Professional for 3.5years she become a Service Coordinator. Allyson was brought to Home Instead because her mother had Alzheimer's and was her caregiver for 8 years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughters and new grand-baby, as well as being a history buff and going to Mexican restaurants with friends!

Hannah Melancon - Corporate Director of Service Coordination

Hannah Melancon started working at Home Instead in April 2020. Hannah holds the title of Director of Service Coordination. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all of our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Hannah also oversees the care of current Medicaid and VA clients, assisting with new Medicaid and VA clients, and coordinating those schedules. Before she joined Home Instead, she was the Office Manger at Arkansas Home Care Assistance. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious 8-year-old Paisley and her very well-loved cat Belle. Hannah loves trail riding, traveling, watching movies, and crafts.
