Meet Our Team

Tiffany Plott, Owner & Administrator
Tiffany joined the Home Instead family in August of 2008 as an Intake Coordinator, working directly with clients and their families. She quickly fell in love with the comfort she provided to families in assuring them that they are not alone, and that help is readily available for them. She then moved into marketing to build relationships and educate the community on the services that the agency offers. Once she was promoted to General Manager, her primary responsibilities were providing leadership for her team and ensuring that Home Instead is providing the highest level of in-home quality care. After seven years, Tiffany was blessed with the opportunity to own her own franchise. Now as Owner, she continues to live out her passion for serving others and assisting them in remaining as independent as possible in the comfort of their own home. She truly considers her work as a mission and a ministry. She finds it very rewarding that she can assist in enriching the lives of her clients and caregivers on a daily basis.
Tiffany is happily married with two beautiful girls and loves spending quality time with family and friends. She is also very involved with her church as a praise and worship leader.

Ron Hobbs, Quality Assurance Supervisor & Home Care Consultant
Ron takes pride in marrying his best friend and high school sweetheart. They have been happily married for over 40 years. They have two amazing daughters, Rachel & Tiffany, and five grandchildren. He is a co-pastor at his church and enjoys music, spending quality time with his family and friends, and going on vacations (especially trips to the ocean).

Shyler Rankin, Human Resources Supervisor
On her off time, Shyler loves spending time with her fiancé and their family. They enjoy trying new things and sharing new experiences together.

Kylie Russey, Client Care Supervisor
Kylie loves spending quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys cozying up on the couch with her boyfriend Bryan and their two cats, Sunny and Stormi.

Angelica Meza, Recruiting & Engagement Supervisor
Angelica joined the Home Instead family in March of 2020 as one of the Recruiting and Engagement Supervisors. She believes that her main responsibility is to put herself in the shoes of the client's family and hand pick the heroes to care for their loved one, just as she would want for her own family. As an adolescent, Angelica had a strong unconditional bond with her grandmother that grew stronger with time, they were best friends. When her grandmother developed COPD, Angelica took care of her and stayed by her side until God called her home. Though it was the most heart-breaking time of her life, it made her realize the love and passion that it takes to be a caregiver and to truly make a difference in someone else's life. Angelica uses this life experience to select caregivers who have a heart to serve and who share our core values as we consider our "job" a mission and a ministry, to enhance the lives of our clients and their families.
In her free time, Angelica loves having movie nights with her family. Her husband is in the military, so family time with him and their four children is priceless.

Savannah McClain, Client Care Supervisor
Savannah joined our Home Instead family in February of 2021 as a Client Care Supervisor. Savannah has always had a passion for senior care. This stemmed from growing up with both of her parents working in senior care facilities and spending her summers with her grandparents. Savannah has extensive experience in the medical field including direct patient care during her years as a CNA. Savannah supports the team by conducting the intake calls for all new clients to ensure all callers receive knowledgeable and adequate information during their search for care.
In her free time, Savannah loves spending time with her daughters and planning fun events for them to participate in together.

Erica Harris, Scheduling Coordinator
Erica joined our Home Instead family in June 2020, as a Scheduling Coordinator. Erica brings with her 12 years of management experience from working in a real estate call center. Erica's passion for helping others comes from helping care for her father who suffered from Alzheimer's. She views her job as a way to connect seniors to caregivers that will impact their lives in a loving and caring way by making lasting relationships.
Erica is married to her best friend, Chris and they have two dogs which they consider their "fur babies", Jack and Piko. In her free time, she enjoys crocheting and watching movies with her husband.

Amanda Lawhun, Office Coordinator
Amanda joined the Home Instead family in May of 2018 as a Caregiver. She has always had a passion for helping seniors and their families with their daily routines to help improve their quality of life. In October of 2019, Amanda was promoted to work in the office at Home Instead as an Office Coordinator. She had always aspired to take the next step in her career and still be able to help seniors. With Amanda's experience of 10+ years in Caregiving, she is now able to utilize those skills to assist in training our staff and mentoring those who need additional hands-on training or those who want to advance their current skill set. Her knowledge of working in the field has attributed to her gift of leadership within our organization and allows her to relate with our Caregivers and provide specialized insight regarding quality care.
Amanda is happily married with 3 children, being a mother is her most rewarding role in life. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys taking trips, seeing new places, and learning new things.

Janiece Morris, Alternate Administrator & Bookkeeper
