Meet Our Team

Kirby Knapp joined the Home Instead team in 2021. She has earned her associates degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently studying for her bachelor’s in Social and Behavioral Health, with the hopes of becoming a licensed therapist in the future. Kirby is the youngest of five children and loves to spend most of her free time with her family and friends, especially her ten nieces and nephews. Kirby has 5 years of caregiving experience; with a grandfather who struggled with dementia, and a father who had cancer, she understands how important a good support system can be for the families of loved ones who struggle with these illnesses. As the service coordinator, she looks forward to being able to assist, and make you as comfortable as possible for the transition into our care. She brings compassion, love, and thoughtfulness to the team here at Home Instead.

Rhonda completed her nursing education in the greater Boston area. She joined our team in the Spring of 2021, with more than 34 years' experience, to include 16 years in home care and assisted living. Rhonda has been a welcome member to our team. She has a love for seniors and exudes patience and compassion for our clients and family members.

In her free time, Rhonda enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time with family, and preparing new dishes.

Caring and Compassion are two words that come to mind when asking Debi why she chose to be part of the Home Instead Senior Care family. "It has always come naturally to me to help those that are in need; whether it be assisting others through a difficult time, or just taking the time to lend an open ear".

Debi enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, relaxing on the lake, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. Prior to Home Instead she was a Caregiver, as well as a traffic court bailiff. Her most treasured times were those years spent raising two marvelous sons.

"Not only is it an awesome feeling to be part of a great team, it is a privilege to have the opportunity to help those that have built the very foundation we stand on". These are only a couple of reasons why David chose to become part of Home Instead Senior Care.

When he is not hard at work, David enjoys spending quality time with his family. He also likes tinkering around the house, as well as his other hobbies; Boating, golfing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
