Jon King serves Home Instead as the General Manager. Jon's heart for seniors is undeniable as he oversees daily operations and assists new clients in setting up their care. As a retired pastor of 30 years and personal trainer, Jon understands what it means to care for someone body, mind and soul. "We are never more like the LORD, than when we love and serve others". Charlene Scott serves Home Instead as our Registered Nurse. Charlene enjoys visiting each and every Home Instead client and offering a listening ear, loving advice and from time to time, her "famous" fresh baked mint-chocolate chip cookies! Charlene is more than an R.N., she is a walking blessing, imparting encouragement to every client she visits.

Jacqueline Emerson serves Home Instead as our Executive Administrative Assistant & Safety Liaison. Jacqueline assists clients with their invoices, insurance, emergency management planning & documentation specific to client's receiving uninterrupted care while using Home Instead. Jacqueline also oversees caregiver payroll and is always happy to answer a question throughout her day for clients and caregivers alike. "I love helping people be able to stay at home and be comfortable without worry". 

Ronni Hood serves Home Instead as Quality Assurance Associate. Ronni enjoys ensuring that "perfect fit" for each client and their caregiver and is committed to assuring personalized services that brightens the lives of both! "Making great connections between caregivers and clients is my passion and heart."

Tammy Pembrook serves Home Instead as our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. Tammy finds her position "incredibly rewarding" by being able to help candidates start or further their careers in home care. Tammy's goal is to see each hire find a home where they make a difference and enjoy every moment spent with their client and now, friend. "I love seeing Home Instead client's lives enhanced with a little help from our caring team members".

Sandra Lewis serves Home Instead as a Quality Assurance Associate. Sandra enjoys introducing our caregivers to their clients when meeting for the first time and she excels at assuring quality of care with every visit. Sandra has a true heart for home care and as former Caregiver herself, she truly understands the importance of listening to the needs of our clients, their families and of course, caregivers, to help create risk-free healthy outcomes.

Charisse F. Jones, serves Home Instead in the capacity of Staffing Coordinator. Charisse is a compassionate, insightful team member who enjoys creating connections with our clients to their caregivers and encouraging both so as to ensure quality in every matter of service. Charisse provides a listening ear, a caring word, and a cheerful smile to allow our clients and caregivers to know they can rely on her for help.
