Joe has been a CEO for several organizations before he took on the ownership role at Home Instead Cape Cod. Outside of work, Joe lives on the beach and loves playing with his dogs. Joe is a two-time Boston Marathon runner and loves the outdoors.

Monica joined Home Instead on June 16, 2014 as part of our training team and client care. After first practicing as an LPN, Monica returned to school and earned her BSN from St. Joseph College in Connecticut. Monica brings several years of varied nursing experience including long term facility care, governmental agencies, public health, and as a school nurse. Monica is a seasoned trainer with experience teaching high school aged children as well as adults. Monica teaches the Personal Care Homemaker course as well as a number of additional training offerings and in-service opportunities throughout the year. Monica also oversees our Quality Assurance program and provide services as a Client Care Manager. Originally from Connecticut, she and her family vacationed here for years before making Cape Cod their permanent home.

Pamela Bumpus joined Home Instead in May, 2015. Pam brings with her over 27 years of professional experience. Pam started her career working for the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution for 23 years. After that, Pam then was the Human Resource Manager for The Black Dog Tavern Company. Pam is responsible for the day to day business direction and management of the company. Pam is a native of Massachusetts and lives with her daughter in Falmouth.

April Sutherland joins us with a career in customer service and management.

Lynn has worked in Accounting her entire career. Lynn has been with Home Instead Cape Cod for several years now. She manages all of the Client billing, and works closely with our CPA to manage the banking and accounting. Lynn lives on Cape Cod and is formerly from East Boston. Lynn successfully manages remote working with onsite duties for a perfect life/work balance.

Adriana joined Home Instead in June 2021 as the On-Call Coordinator. Adriana has an Associates Degree in Healthcare Administration and has worked in home health care for the last 11 years. She understands the importance of providing excellent care and communication to our clients and caregivers.
