About Us
Meet Our Team
Drew Dechiaro, Owner
Drew DeChiaro wants to make a difference in his community – that’s why he left a successful career in the corporate world to join the Home Instead Senior Care family.
In addition to managing the Monmouth County Home Instead, Drew is a primary caregiver for his daughter and provides support for his own parents and other family members.
Drew knows that the majority of Monmouth County seniors want to age in place. His goal is to provide area seniors with the best possible care – services that will allow them to live safely in their homes for as long as possible.
Stacy Smerina, Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, Stacy performs in-home client assessments and develops a plan of care. Her work ensures that our CAREGivers are able to provide the highest level of service to the seniors and families we serve.
Briana Stathum, Scheduler
As staffing coordinator, Briana's primary responsibility is to pair clients with the perfect caregiver. Dawn brings years of experience in health care including emergency room medical assistant, dermatology, hospice, and working as a certified home health aide herself. She manages the day to day challenges to insure our clients have the care they need.
Helen Bettman, On call Supervisor
Helen assists both existing and new clients, as well as our staff on weekends and evenings. Helen brings 8 years of experience as a Caregiver herself, and has utilized her empathy and compassion to address the needs of our clients during off hours
Janet Lawrence, Administrator
Janets primary responsibilities include Accounts Recievable, HR Compliance and providing general office support to the team.
