Shanna and Lillianne recently represented the Home Instead team at the Aging Made Easier Expo at Risen Savior Lutheran Church in Chandler, AZ. They joined neighbors, experts, and professionals in exploring the theme, "What You Don't Know About Getting Older." The conference aimed to shed light on aging-related issues, equipping attendees with valuable tools and insights for their aging journeys.
The keynote speaker, Benjamin Surmi, took the stage to share proactive approaches to aging, debunk myths, and highlight inspiring local stories of neighbors embracing their golden years. Additional speakers addressed often-overlooked topics like senior isolation, Veteran’s benefits, health tips for wellness, and creating a support team for future needs.
