Home Instead is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to be the voice and face of our Bath Township office. This person is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing: clients, care professionals and referral sources. - Greeting incoming guests
- Answering phones
- Maintaining a professional office environment
- Supporting HR, Client Care, and General Administrative teams
- Assisting with planning, implementing, executing office events and activities
- Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Sharing of on-call responsibilities (with a separate, additional salary)
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications include:

- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask
- Great organizational skills
- A team player
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as the ability to learn an in-house software system are a must
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000 - $31,500 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
