Position Overview: As a CCL for our private duty home care services, you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales efforts to promote our services and build relationships with potential clients and referral network. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assessing client needs and developing personalized care plans to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

· Create an active sales pipeline by continuing to develop effective relationships with appropriate Referral Providers.

· Achieve inquiry generation objectives for assigned territory with the primary goal of bringing in new business to increase overall market share. Target accounts include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice, etc.

· Research and develop client relationships and produce referrals; performs all phases of sales process, including preparation and documentation of cold calls, follow-up calls, diagnosis of referral source and client needs, recommendation of appropriate Home Instead® services and additional community resources, maintaining and nurturing existing referral accounts, including follow-up, as necessary.

· Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls; presentations; closed sales; and follow-up activities within the assigned territory, including the use of software to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.

· Develop and maintain positive and healthy relationships with clients and their families through quality assurance visits, phone calls, and special events.

· Communicate effectively with professional partners to coordinate various aspects of a client’s care.

· Share in On-Call rotation with other staff members (additional compensation package).

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial individual who likes to collaborate with other like-minded people.
  • Proven experience in inside and outside sales (3 years), preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and referral sources.
  • Knowledge and experience in writing and executing comprehensive care plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
