She sent out Bethany and what a godsend she has been I gave them 110%, I am so excited that my dad gets to stay in his own house with the help of home instead and Beth keeping my dad on track.
Home Instead has been very accommodating and have been great helping my dad. Faith has gone out of her way to make sure someone is always available to suit my dad’s quickly changing needs, and the caregiver, John, who has been helping my dad has been stellar. He values my dad’s dignity and treats him with respect, and helps dad maintain a positive attitude. Would recommend these folks!
We had a great need for in-home care. The caregivers responsibility was to be a companion to my girlfriend who, at the time we signed up with Home instead, was suffering from some cognitive issues. We needed the caregiver to be there to assist with walking, fixing lunch, excursions to the doctor or pharmacy and so on. Our caregiver, Britney, was exceptional. She has a wonderful personality, a great smile and incredible patience. We will miss her. As time went on my girlfriend’s recovery was dramatic She got to the point where having someone be with her on a regular basis was no longer needed. In the event that the care that Home Instead provides is needed again we will call and specifically ask for Britney. Thank you

We were so impressed with the Auburn Home Instead team!! They provided 24x7 care for our father. Symphony was compassionate and generous with her time in sharing their services. Caregiver Marvina was an angel. Monique and Mike are also lovely people. Helping our father die peacefully at home was so much easier because of the care from Home Instead.

The focus of Home Instead staff is on the specific needs of my family. Our needs certainly can and do change but the intent to maintain the same care givers is another valuable focus to their service.
We, as an entire family, are extremely pleased with the care received, in our home, after my 95 year old World War II Veteran Father spent one month as a resident at a rehabilitative care facility. Home Instead was chosen after an extensive review process of four different agencies that were recommended by the staff of Crystal Ridge Care Center in Grass Valley. The process included actual interviews of representatives from each agency.
Symphony was wonderful to work with. Home Instead placed a very pleasant, attentive, and caring woman with our mother. Our concerns for having a stranger in our mother's home were quickly alleviated. They took a difficult situation and made it a positive experience. We are very thankful we went with Home Instead.

My caregiver is like family. She seems to intuitively know what my needs are and handles them before I even ask. Her normal tasks include fixing my meals, shopping, general housekeeping, and taking me to appointments. She also makes sure I take my prescriptions and takes me for walks. Most importantly she provides me with pleasant companionship and even laughs at my corny jokes. And my cats love her. What's not to like? Highly recommended.
Home Instead provides home care and companionship for my mother and father. The care they provide is professional, reliable, and most importantly in tuned with my mother. I feel relieved knowing that someone we trust is there to take mom where she needs to go and do some basic shopping for dad. She takes initiative to help with laundry and whatever else is needed. My parents look forward to her visits. The agency is incredibly responsive. They were willing to help out to find daily care when we had a small emergency. I trust Home Instead. Thank you!!
We have really enjoyed the in home help provided by Home Instead for my mother. After the interview process they were able to provide a wonderful helper for my mother. I am thrilled that my mother is happy with her and she is so helpful and a great companion for her. I live on the other side of the country so this is a great help to me as well as peace of mind. Mom had a list ready for her helper/companion when she arrives - she is always on time or early. The companion helps mom with making her bed and some light housekeeping as well as drive her to some appointments. The supervising staff are always available and helpful. I would recommend them highly!

We got a caregiver from Home Instead for my grandma. They were recommended by the locals there. The caregiver was excellent, she is very good, she prepares meals, do laundry, and a good mental support for her. They are the best in that area.
Home Instead has made it possible for my father to remain in his home of 40 years. The caregivers are kind and respectful and prepare food that he likes. He has Alzheimer's, which also impact his behavior. The caregivers remain patient at all times. We are forever grateful for this excellent service.
We have been using Home Instead Senior Care for a month and a half. Their service is great. I like the gal who comes to our house, and they return phone calls right away. The caregiver is very upbeat. She does whatever I ask her to do, like cooking, companionship, and bringing me to appointments. She comes on Tuesday and Thursday for four hours each day. She’s perfect, very approachable, and very easy to get along with. When you meet her, you immediately like her. I am very happy.
I have Home Instead. They were here yesterday and did a consultation. My husband has Parkinson's, so he needs assistance while I'm in the hospital. They will actually take him and me to a doctor's appointment. He can't drive and I can't drive after my surgery, so they are going to take care of that. They will also come in and make sure he takes his meds and help if he needs a meal cooked, has to have laundry done, make the bed, or whatever else he needs, except that they're not RNs or LPNs. He's cordial toward the caregivers, but he just doesn't want anyone here 24/7. They're fantastic.
My mother has dementia. I have been providing care and companionship (along with two of my siblings) for seven years. We would not have survived without the help of Home Instead. Their care allows us some peace of mind, as well as a much needed break from caregiving. Mom also can stay in her home, as was her wish when my father died.
