Frequently Asked Questions from Caregiver:

Paydays are on the 7th and 22nd of each month. If any of those days lands on a weekend, you will be paid on the Friday beforehand.

Pay stubs will be emailed to you from DO_NOT_REPLY@payplusllc.com in a PDF attachment. The PDF attachment is password protected. To open the PDF attachment, enter the last four digits for your Social Security Number: xxxx

If you cannot find the pay stub in your email, check your spam/junk folder. You may also add DO_NOT_REPLY@payplusllc.com to your contacts; this will make sure your paystub always delivered straight to your inbox.

First, attempt to clock in and/or out on the ClearCare Go App. Ensure you have a good phone signal. If not successful the first time, please try again.

If this does not work, please call the toll-free number on the back of your Home Instead badge. You must call this number from the client's phone. If neither of these steps work, call the office and a staff member will help troubleshoot the issue.
