Meet Our Team

Owner Bonnie

Bonnie Reppert, Franchise Owner

The experience of caring for her 90 year old grandmother at home led Bonnie to Home Instead Senior Care. "My grandmother's fear was that she would go into a nursing home, I did not want that for her or any other senior who with some assistance can stay independent at home." 

She brings over 25 of years management experience to her franchise, opening her office in 1996.  She also was selected to be included in the publication of Distinguished Men and Women of Southern Nevada.

Luke Johnson, General Manager

Luke joined Home Instead Senior Care in June of 2009 to oversee all areas of the business. He is responsible for working with our administrative staff to manage the needs of our clients, their families and our CAREGivers. Luke also helped care for his Great-Grandmother at home. Luke says "my goal as General Manager is to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their home." Luke is married and has one son.

Karen Weible, Client Care Manager

Karen joined our team as a Client Care Coordinator in 2013.  Karen was promoted to Client Care Manager and is responsible for all aspects of client care.  She supervises our staff coordinators, CAREGivers and works with our entire staff to ensure our clients receive the appropriate and highest quality of care.  Karen supervises  our ongoing quality assurance outreach with our clients, the client's family, CAREGivers and other providers to connect with everyone involved in the care plan. Having been a family caregiver for her grandfather who had  Alzheimer's, she brings personal and professional experience to working with our clients with dementia.  Karen has had CNA training and her experience also includes reviewing patient records for proper documentation. Karen is married, has two sons.

Cheryl Phillips, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Cheryl's responsibilities include selecting our CAREGivers and making sure they have the training and support to provide the highest quality of service to our clients. Cheryl started with Home Instead as our Office Coordinator and she assisted in processing new CAREGivers and Clients, answering questions for families that are interested in services. Cheryl also worked as an Education Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Cheryl is married and has a son.

Gabriela "Gabby" Saldivar,  Office Coordinator

Gabriela "Gabby" Saldivar, Training and Office Coordinator

Gabby joined our team in 2016. As Office Coordinator, Gabby assists Clients, our CAREGivers and Administrative staff. Gabby as our Training Coordinator, assigns and manages our annual training requirements for our CAREGivers. Gabby relocated to Las Vegas from Southern California where she worked in the banking industry for over 25 years. Her most recent position was as a Quality Control Coordinator. Her work experience includes management, customer service, and support of branch staff. Gabby has also has been a family caregiver for her own Mom and enjoys helping families with their home care needs. Gabby is married and has three adult children.

Maryssa Miele, Client Services Coordinator

Maryssa worked with the Home Instead office in San Diego before relocating to Las Vegas.  There she gained her extensive experience, first in the field as a caregiver and then in the office as a Client Services Coordinator.  Maryssa began working with our Care Team in 2021, she is responsible for all aspects of client care.  She is in constant communication with our clients, their families and our administrative staff, managing client scheduling and services. Maryssa is married and has a young son.  Maryssa is her spare time enjoys being creative and is a talented artist.

Molly Horton, Finance Manager

Molly began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 1996 as the first staff member. Her experience with the company included filling all roles as the company grew. She is currently responsible for accounts receivable and payable, payroll processing and financial management. She says, "our CAREGivers are truly the heart of the company." Molly is married and has two children.
