Cristian Dersidan, President

Home Instead's mission is to "change the face of aging" in Rhode Island. Non-medical and personal care services provided by trusted CAREGivers and CNAs give families the support they need for elder loved ones to remain at home with dignity and respect.

Since 1997, Home Instead staff has grown to over 100 full and part-time employees serving thousands of families in Rhode Island. My staff shares in my passion for serving the community and delivering on our promise of excellence. Our values are uncompromising as they are the foundation on which our reputation has been built.

My management staff, CAREGivers, CNAs, and I are privileged everyday to help families by providing home care solutions to the most challenging and difficult aging-in-place decisions families face today.

Monique Campbell, RN

Monique Campbell, RN - CNA Instructor

​Monique began her nursing interest many years ago, at the age of 14 as a hospital volunteer (candy striper). Shortly later she became a CNA as she worked through nursing school, graduating more than 35 years ago. She comes to Home Instead with many years of varied experiences, especially in long term care, Homecare, and Hospice care. She greatly enjoys working with seniors, their families, and with nursing assistants/ CAREgivers. Monique is excited to be part of an organization of exceptional staff and CAREgivers who care and believe so deeply about the service and support that they provide in assisting seniors to age in place in their own homes.
Donna Lynn Carroll, Service Coordinator

Donna Lynn Carroll, Service Coordinator

Donna joined the team May of 2015 as the Family Resource Specialist, then moved to Staffing Coordinator. She has received an Associate's Degree in Human Services with her concentration in Mental Illness and Substance abuse. Her eclectic list of experience includes work in group homes assisting adults with special needs, education for 17 years with both typical and special needs children, a behavioral specialist for a nonprofit organization and work in a Home Based Therapeutic Program with Autistic Children who had a history of abuse. She also worked Field Agent at Met life and was living as a caregiver for an elderly man who had Alzheimer's the last 3 years of his life. Her experience has brought her to this perfect fit of Service Coordinator, helping CAREGivers and client families with aging safely at home.
Diane Clark, Family Resource Specialist

Diane Clark, Family Resource Specialist

​Diane spent many years working in the newspaper industry, then went on to own and operate a small motel and helped her husband manage his Marine Canvas & Sail business. She also took care of her mother who passed away a few years ago from Alzheimer’s disease. Diane reached a time in her life where her work needed to be more meaningful and helping seniors was what she wanted to do. She joined the Home Instead family in 2013 and spends her day as Family Resource Specialist helping families arrange care for their loved one so they can remain safe at home.
Crystal Dube, Engagement Coordinator

Crystal Dube, Engagement Coordinator

Crystal became a part of the Home Instead team in 2015, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant before taking another step in her career path to join the office staff as Front Desk Receptionist. She now joins Barbara, Ann, and Tara on the Engagement team. Prior to working with Home Instead, She has worked as an office manager, medical records manager as well as working in accounting and in a group home with children. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending her time with her two children.
Lauren George, Training Coordinator

Lauren George, Training Coordinator

​Lauren joined the Home Instead team in May of 2018. Lauren received her Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of New Orleans and a Masters of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She has a background in higher education as an Adult Basic Education instructor, where she saw first hand how improving one person's life can improve a whole family. As a military spouse, Lauren understands the unique needs of families separated by geography and fluctuating circumstances. Lauren is grateful to be a part of the caring and supportive team at Home Instead, and excited to share her teaching experience and passion for helping others to improve the lives of seniors and their families.
Tara Kilcommons, Engagement Coordinator

Tara Kilcommons, Engagement Coordinator

​Joining our team as a Receptionist in July 2016, Tara had previously worked in childcare and as a Nanny for over ten years. From her time as a Nanny she brings compassion, positive energy, and the joy of encouraging others to Home Instead.
Priscilla Luckhardt, Client Care Manager

Priscilla Luckhardt, Client Care Manager

Priscilla joined the Home Instead team in 2010 after many years in account/project management. She has a Master of Arts in Education. As Client Care Manager, she and her team meets with families to Identify needs and develop a care plan, visit clients to ensure their satisfaction and works with our CAREGivers to provide solutions to the unique challenges that each of our seniors faces. Having a parent with dementia, she has walked in the shoes of many of our clients' families, and strives to bring compassion and understanding to her role.
Paula Leep, Billing and Payroll Specialist

Paula Leep, Billing and Payroll Specialist

Paula is a CCRI graduate with an Associate in Business Administration and Accounting. She comes to Home Instead with 22 years experience in business/accounting in the Home Care industry and has always found the work interesting and rewarding. Paula is excited to begin her next chapter in her life at Home Instead.
Brittany Manchester, Staffing Manager

Brittany Manchester, Staffing Manager

Brittany joined the Home Instead team in February 2019 as a CAREgiver. She became the on-call supervisor shortly after. For the last 10 years she was a lead preschool teacher at an enrichment program facility. She was the site coordinator of the before and after school program and the staffing scheduler for the whole facility. Brittany was a pass-worker for young teens from 2017-2019. She helped acclimate them into real world situations. About 6 years ago Brittany was a per-diem CNA on the weekends at a nursing home. Her love for helping people has shined bright through out the years. She will be reactivating her CNA license by taking the Home Instead CNA course in May 2019. Brittany loves the idea of letting people age in place and letting things be more personal.
Sarah Marshall, Service Coordinator

Sarah Marshall, Service Coordinator

​Home Instead On-call Supervisors handle all client, CAREGiver and inquiry calls after 5pm weekdays and on weekends. Home Instead provides service 24 hours/7 days a week. Our clients and CAREGivers know we are only a phone call away from immediately responding to any crises and have told us many times how confident they are in our ability to respond with good judgment and calming assistance in any situation that arises after hours. To us, it's personal. Knowing we are counted on at any given moment to offer help is a responsibility of which we all are proud. It assures us that we are "changing the face of aging."
Elyse Sullivan, Service Coordinator

Elyse Sullivan, Service Coordinator

Elyse is a recent graduate from URI with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science. She joined the Home Instead team in October 2020 as a Service Coordinator, and she is excited to be combining two of her passions: computer science and health care. She is grateful to be working with such a compassionate team that is dedicated to providing seniors with a unique, personal, and exceptional experience from within their own homes.
Jackie Ranieri, RN

Jackie Ranieri, RN

​A member of our dedicated Client Care Team, Jackie joins Home Instead with 15 years of experience as an Registered Nurse. In addition to Home Care, she has worked in many different settings including ICU, Hospice, and Assisted Living. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys traveling, entertaining, and spending time with her family.
Patti Brennan, Home Care Consultant

Patti Brennan

​Patti joins the Home Instead office team after serving as a CAREGiver and Ambassador for almost 4 years. She worked in the dental field for 35 years as chairside assistant, hygienist, then owner of an orthodontic lab. Early retirement plans included missionary work (foreign and domestic) before morphing into a passion for caring for the elderly.
