Home Instead is looking for individuals that would love a career as a professional caregiver. We welcome CNA's, current Home Health Aides, and individuals who have or possess the desire to help the elderly with their daily needs. We offer a complete training program (Classroom and online), competitive wages, medical, dental, vision insurance, and flexible scheduling. Applicants must be willing to work 12-Hour day shifts or 12-Hour overnight shifts during the week and weekends, pass a Level 2 background Check, Drug Screening, and have a clean driving record. - Companionship and conversation
- Transportation (Shopping, Doctor Appointments, Errands)
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders

Pay & Benefits:

CAREGiver pay may vary by level of care and length of shift. Starting pay:
Home Health Aide (HHA) depending on experience and training $14.00 to $15.00/Hour
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) depending on experience and training $14.00 to $15.00/Hour
Job Benefits:
- Weekly incentive bonus based on number of hours worked
- Weekend Premium
- Specialized Care Premium
- All together you could earn an additional $3.50 per hour above your base pay rate
- Job training: Initial and on-going job training is provided, including specialized training opportunities
