Dan and his team really do the work on the front end to make sure they understand the need, and then they take care of their staff to make sure they retain the best home caregiver team this city has to offer! I cannot say enough nice things or recommend more highly!

The in home caregivers are well supported by the case managers and communication and care issues were resolved quickly and with a high level of satisfaction. A strength of working with Home Instead is the ready availability of the case manager, Kayla, and her persistence in resolving any issues that arose. Burdette, who works in the office that assists with long term care insurance communication also provided excellent service and was present and persistent in providing the information we needed. The caregivers themselves were well-trained and compassionate, offering great care for our parents. Some made helpful suggestions for improving our parents' quality of daily living. I would heartily recommend Home Instead to anyone looking for in home care for aging parents or relatives.

We started out with four hours a week, and by the end, we were up to 18 hours a week. You could not ask for more caring, helpful caregivers who really partnered with my mom to give him the best care possible. For mom to be free to get out of the house for a little while, or go in the other room if he was being difficult, was life-saving. I have to specifically call out Kayla Cadden, our Client Services representative. She was so empathetic, kind, professional, and caring. She reached out to us very frequently, and always made sure that we had the right caregivers, and that we were getting everything we needed. Her involvement and follow-up were impeccable - Home Instead is lucky to have her. We have unfortunately had to move my father to a full-time nursing care facility, yet Kayla just came over to visit my mother and check on her yesterday - THAT's the level of caring you get with Home Instead. I strongly recommend this company to assist you with your loved ones. They not only helped care for my father, but they did things around the house that were overwhelming for my mother: washing bed clothes, vacuuming, sweeping/mopping the stairs, fixing meals for my dad -- you name it, they volunteered for it. I don't know what we would have done without Home Instead these past few months.

In time, I was able to reduce the caretakers' hours as my dad steadily improved but still was not quite ready to be completely on his own. Dan Pahos and his team of dedicated employees offered prompt and professional service. I was impressed by the personal interest in my dad's well-being, from the administrative level down to those individuals who actually sat with my dad. I would highly recommend Home Instead's services to anyone who needs non-medical care and assistance for aging parents, whether on a temporary or long-term basis.
