Meet Our Team

Amy started the business in 1987 as she saw a need in our local community to provide the aging population with an affordable, personal option to age in place. She works hard to create a plan of care for each and every client based on their needs, ensuring that every senior is treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. With constant communication and personal touches no matter where a client calls home, Amy and her team ensure that the Home Instead motto, "To us, it's personal", is a living breathing way of doing business.​

Rodney was born in Laguna Beach, California. He has been married for 23 years in June, with three children-oldest 27 girl, lives in Phoenix, middle is 21 girl, studying Physics at UT, youngest son 19, studying sound Production at Pellissippi.
Rodney has been with Home Instead since October 2006. He has many responsibilities in our office to name a few working with our Choices and VA programs. 

He enjoys spending time with friends, going to UT games in the fall, going to the gym and reading. 

Dixie has been with our office for over 15 years, during her time with us she has worked to ensure that clients are scheduled with the best caregiver for their specific needs. Dixie does our on-call scheduling for nights/weekends/holidays. She is very creative and helps with caregiver appreciation, marketing events and making sure the office is decorated for special occasions and holidays. 
She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with friends and good food. 

Kris started with Home Instead February 2020 and works to gain referrals for services within the community. She has been our team captain for Alzheimer's Tennessee/Alzheimer's Association Walk Teams. She brings many years of experience to our team from working in healthcare, human/community services and non-profit organizations. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, loves being out with her husband on their Harley Davidson trike, crafting and traveling.

Courtney was born in Elizabethton, TN and now lives on a farm in Louisville, TN.  She joined our team in August 2021. Courtney was once a caregiver and understands the role of being a caregiver to people in need. She works with potential caregivers from interviewing, orientation to helping them prepare for their first shift when hired. She is a fur mama to 2 cats and a chunky rescue pup. She loves to spend time with family and friends on her days off.
