Personal Care Assistant

Home Instead is seeking Care Professionals to add to our team! We will work with you to find a schedule that fits YOU! Even if you’ve never worked as a caregiver, we have the tools to ensure you’re prepared to help clients with day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate is dependable, trustworthy, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.

You may help clients with a variety of tasks. Responsibilities may include:

• Helping clients with daily functions, such as personal care
• Assisting with mobility and/or the use of daily devices such as walkers, wheelchairs, or gait belt.
• Meal Prepping
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Supporting clients to maintain as much independence as possible.
• Light housekeeping

Requirements:

• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass drug screen.
• Must pass background.
• Able to lift 25 pounds.

No certifications are required, all trainings will be provided by Home Instead.
