Yesterday, we here at Home Instead of Vista, CA brought our Be A Santa To A Senior Season to a close with a wrapping party! We received so many gifts to be delivered to our local seniors, so we made them look nice and pretty before making our deliveries!
Our Be A Santa To A Senior Program is one of our favorite things to do every year, as it is such a great way to connect with local seniors and mobilize our community to take care of them with us - together! Seniors' needs are often simple, whether it be socks or articles of clothing, hygiene supplies, food, or even just some nice perfume or cologne to make them feel put together during their day. It is often humbling to read their wishlists. We feel so fortunate to be in a position to help facilitate the realization of these wishes!
