About Us

Meet Our Home Care Team

Tyler

Tyler Tuggle, Owner

Tyler Tuggle is the owner of the Towson Home Instead Office. Tyler grew up in a family that took pride in caring for his grandparents and did everything possible to keep them in their homes. He spent many weekends performing chores at his grandmother's home, and he understands the importance of allowing seniors to live with dignity. Tyler is an Army veteran with a wide variety of business experience. He worked in program management for both the profit and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to purchasing this office, Tyler worked as a Strategy Business Consultant. He moved to the DC/Maryland area in the mid-2000s to attend college and has made it his home. He graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor's degree in Government. He also has an M.B.A. focusing in General Management. During his personal time he enjoys climbing, running, and hiking with his wife Nicole and Labrador Retriever named Trigger.

Cindy

Cindy Cunningham, RN - General Manager

Cindy Cunningham, RN is the General Manager at Home Instead Senior Care in Towson, Maryland. Cindy previously had extensive experience in the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years. In the beginning of her nursing career, she worked in the Emergency Department at St. Joseph Hospital for 23 years. Along with this experience, Cindy also passionately aided in her grandmother's hospice care. Due to this, Cindy grew a devotion for keeping seniors safely in their homes while restoring their quality of life. Cindy has a great loyalty for helping others, as shown through her prior experiences in healthcare and homecare. During her free time, she enjoys exercising, spending time on the beach and being with her family.

Candy Patrick, Service Manager

Candy has over 15 years experience working with seniors in all aspects of care Acute, Sub-Acute and when her mother suffered from a stroke at the young age of 48, She had an admiration for the help that she received during the toughest times, Juggling work and being her mothers caregiver she realized how important Home Health was and decided to advocate for them, She loves playing a part to help others thrive and sharing positive outcomes.

Cory

Cory McCall, Staffing Coordinator

Cory has worked in the healthcare industry for over 10 years serving in a variety of roles including customer service, program coordination, and event coordination. He graduated from Towson University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. Cory has a passion for helping others and believes in helping seniors live their lives to the fullest. Cory is an avid sports fan and loves spending time outdoors with his puppy.
Cordelia

Cordelia Lee, HR Coordinator

Cordelia Lee is the Human Resource Coordinator with over 20 years in Health Care Administration. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore. Cordelia is very compassionate about her position and uses her positive attitude and energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is just as passionate about volunteering in the community and serving individuals in need.

Abimbola

Abimbola Emmanuel-Olaniyan, Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Abimbola Emmanuel-Olaniyan is the recruiting coordinator for Home Instead, Towson. She began working with adults with disabilities after graduating from Towson University with a degree in Family and Human Services. Abimbola has a passion for helping seniors live their best life in the comfort of their own home. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, wine tasting and spending time with her husband, daughter and extended family.

Mikaila

Mikaila Ward, Client Care Coordinator

Mikaila Ward started out working in the Activities Department of an Assisted Living Facility after graduating from Towson University with a degree in Gerontology. She then joined Home Instead in 2019 as a Home Care Consultant. She has always had a passion for working with and helping seniors live a quality life. Outside of work, Mikaila enjoys exercising, baking and musicals!

Trigger picture COMP

Trigger, Chief Barking Officer

Trigger spends his days spreading the word about Home Instead. As a senior himself, he wants to make sure that people have the opportunity to age in their homes, and he knows the importance of providing quality companionship. In his spare time he enjoys chasing tennis balls, lying in the sun, and belly rubs.
