Weekend On Call Caregiver/CNA

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping
- Preparing meals
- Providing stabilization and assistance with walking
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Transportation & errands
- Personal Care Services including bathing, grooming and assisting with toileting and incontinence issues
- Specialized services including Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Stroke Care and Hospice Care
CAREgiver Requirements:
- Must be able to work on the weekends (Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday)
- At least 6 months companionship and/or personal care experience required
- A passion for the job and genuine desire to help others
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Access to reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout the Greater Baltimore Area
- Ability to pass background checks and work-related references
- Must pass drug testing
- Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
