We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team as Short-Shift Caregivers. As a Short-Shift Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in need, with a focus on shorter-duration shifts. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility in their work schedule while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Monitor clients' vital signs and report any significant changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided and observations made.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by maintaining cleanliness and tidiness.
