- You have a valid driver's license and insurance
- You are able to reliably commute up to 12-15 miles to location of care client?
- Willing to work in Lewis Center and/or Polaris?
- Have a big heart?

Mornings and Mid-afternoon weekdays or weekends
4-8 hour shifts
Pay:
$15.50-$17.75 an hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
You may be improving the life of a client in their home by...
Providing conversation and companionship
Doing light housekeeping
Preparing meals and/or snacks
Helping with "Personal Care" including: dressing, bathing, and toileting
**Some clients may need more specialized assistance with Hoyer Lifts, Transfers, a Memory Care/ Dementia plan, etc**
