Belinda - January Care Pro of the Month
Belinda joined the team two years ago. The family of her current client has shared that they have seen such improvements in our client’s engagement since Belinda started working with her! Her client’s family considers her family! When the family needed extra help for a life event, Belinda adjusted her schedule and added hours to meet their needs! Claudette - December Care Pro of the Month
Claudette works in the world of finance by day and is a Care Professional by night! She works for Home Instead every weekend and is so reliable and dependable. Her client was so happy to celebrate this award with Claudette! She started with Home Instead for some extra income and has really found her niche.
Yolanda - November Care Pro of the Month
Yolanda brings positivity everywhere she goes. A client recently shared that ‘they would not know what to do without Yolanda!’ She assists clients at all levels of care – including Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. She has been helping a client’s family by working extra hours and preparing new Care Pros due to the clients care needs!
Theresa - October Care Pro of the Month
Theresa is a blessing to every client she helps! She has a true gift when working with clients suffering from dementia. She has done everything from hosting tea parties to engaging them with blow-up soccer balls to finding games and books that interest them. Theresa is constantly thinking outside the box to look for new and personalized strategies. Theresa has been complemented by client families for her patience and kind heart. Linda has been described by clients as kind and patient. She always has a smile on her face and can make any situation positive. Salome - June Care Pro of the Month
Salome joined Home Instead as a ‘Weekend Warrior’! In addition to working a full-time job, she works every Saturday and Sunday for Home Instead. Caregiving was a new path for Salome and she found she loved it! Salome is now looking to apply to a local nursing program because she discovered helping others is what she now wants to do full-time. We admire her reliability and the relationships she builds with the clients she supports. Congratulations to our June Care Pro of the Month!
Jennifer - May Care Pro of the Month
Jennifer joined Home Instead with both family and professional experience. She is willing and able to work with any client and always has a smile on her face! A client recently told us that we could send Jennifer to his house – anytime. He described her as ‘a keeper’ and we couldn’t agree more! Congratulations Jennifer!
Ned - April Care Pro of the Month
Ned has a strong history of helping others. He worked for Meals on Wheels for many years as well as working with those with special needs. He didn't have previous 'caregiving' experience before joining the team but was willing and eager to learn. Ned can often be found making his clients laugh – he has such a joyful personality. Ned connects in a way that the client and their family members question what they did without the help of Home Instead. Thank you, Ned, and congratulations!
Sarah - March Care Pro of the Month
Sarah joined Home Instead last year. She works with clients requiring a wide range of care and does it well. Her clients speak highly of her – especially about her patience and reliability.
