**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Non-Medical Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients with their daily activities, promoting their well-being, and fostering a comfortable and safe environment. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships and contributing to the overall quality of life for those in our care.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients in mobility and ambulation, using assistive devices when necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance clients' emotional well-being.
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social events, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
- Foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere that promotes clients' independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
- Proven experience as a caregiver, preferably in a home care setting.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on clients' lives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing clients' schedules and needs.
- Physical stamina and the ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and positioning clients.
- Respect for confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
