About the Role
This is not an entry-level caregiving position.
We are seeking a Lead Care Professional who provides exceptional in-home care and supports other Care Professionals through leadership, mentoring, and office-based responsibilities. This role blends hands-on caregiving with responsibility, communication, and accountability to ensure consistent, high-quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
In-Home Care:
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and companionship
Monitor client condition and report changes as needed
Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion
Serve as a positive role model and leader in the field
Office & Leadership Support:
Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring Care Professionals
Support scheduling and coverage needs
Conduct caregiver check-ins and provide field support
Communicate with clients, families, and office staff
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with agency standards
Qualifications
CNA certification OR equivalent professional caregiving experience
Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Ability to pass a criminal & Motor Vehicle background check and drug screen
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
Smartphone capable of using scheduling, documentation, and communication apps
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Professional, compassionate, and accountable
Pay & Benefits
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience

Full-time position with a mix of in-home care and office/field support
Flexibility required — home care doesn’t always run on a 9–5 schedule
May include evenings, early mornings, or occasional weekends as client needs require
