With a background in marketing and consulting, Julie's expertise has always been centered around supporting businesses to grow, adapt, and succeed. Julie's journey to owning a Home Instead franchise was a serendipitous one. When the corporate offices of Home Instead hired the firm, she worked for to educate and train their franchise network, Julie was struck by the company's deep commitment to seniors, caregivers, and their franchise community. Her personal experience as a caregiver for her beloved Auntie Ollie, who was like a second grandmother to her, reinforced her belief that this was the right opportunity at the right time. Julie had always dreamed of owning her own business-one that aligned with her values-and Home Instead was that perfect fit. In addition to her role at Home Instead, Julie has been an active member of the Clark County community for years, serving on various fundraising committees and supporting local causes. She is especially passionate about advocating for the senior population and educating the community about the challenges and opportunities posed by the "Age Wave" in Clark County. Julie regularly collaborates with local leaders and organizations to brainstorm solutions and improve care options for aging adults and their families. Debi is our Home Care Consultant. She works diligently with community partners, providing education and ensuring our services are communicated and understood. She was an Adult Protective Services investigator for the State of Oregon prior to moving to Vancouver in 2018. Debi has a heart and passion for helping the most vulnerable population stay safe, protected and healthy in their homes or communities in which they live. When you don't see Debi at almost every SSN meeting or community event to support our partners, you will see her spending time with her daughters, son-in-laws and three beautiful grandchildren

Sue is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care. She helps monitor CAREgiver and client relationships. She is our "ambassador" in the office; she welcomes CAREgivers, listens to what their needs are and makes sure she communicates that to the other office team members. She is also in constant contact with clients and their families to ensure they are getting the quality care we are known for providing. Sue's background as a CAREGiver with Home Instead Senior Care prior to working in the office brings the needed insight and skills required to be effective in this role.

Spencer started working with Home Instead this past summer as the Weekend On-Call Coordinator. This means he's likely the person fielding any frantic weekend phone calls. Spencer has always been a big history buff and his friends know him to be a bit of an encyclopedia at times. Aside from reading, Spencer enjoys fishing, hiking, and baseball as long as the Red Sox are in the postseason. Spencer cares about his community, and working with Home Instead has proven to be a great method to give back and make the lives of our seniors just a bit easier. Born and raised in central Florida, Riley moved across the country with her son to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 2020. After falling in love with the mountains, she could not imagine living anywhere else! While working in the financial industry before joining Home Instead, she learned about the devastating impact that the exploitation of seniors can have, not only on the individuals, but the community at large. With her newfound passion for supporting vulnerable adults, Riley was welcomed with open arms to the Home Instead family. She looks forward to taking part in this rewarding career by learning the ins and outs of senior care with our highly educated and professional staff.

Alyssa is responsible for securing driven and compassionate caregivers for our clients. She works diligently to maintain and grow our relationships that we have with our caregivers, clients, and members of our community. She has a background in Social Services and Accessibility Studies. Alyssa has been involved in multiple fundraising events since her start with Home Instead and loves being an active supporting member in her community. In effort to promote communication, collaboration, and cohesiveness, Alyssa puts on bi-monthly Wellness Gatherings for our Care Professionals where they can meet, socialize, and offer support and understanding in new and inventive ways including team building activities. Alyssa is also a mother of three who loves to read, garden, and spend time with family.

Megan hails from the beautiful Pacific Northwest and has built her career around a deep passion for caring for others. After graduating high school, she became a certified nursing assistant and quickly realized that caregiving was her calling. With 17 years of experience in the healthcare field, Megan has spent half of that time specializing in Alzheimer's and dementia care, providing compassionate support to those who need it most.

My journey into caregiving began during the pivotal time of the COVID-19 pandemic when I stepped into the role of a hospice caregiver. This profoundly impactful experience shaped my unwavering dedication to providing compassionate and meaningful care.
