Hollie has always believed in "loving what you do or don't do it", which has been a guiding force since starting the franchise in 2002. She got into this business to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families and provide them with a better quality of life. She has a passion for helping and educating others and holds a high standard of ensuring that each Client be treated like her own family by ensuring that our CAREGiver's are all people that we would put in our homes, and care for our own loved ones. As a result of her commitment and passion for seniors, she was recognized in 2006 as one of the "Top 10 Women in Business under the age of 30" on the Peninsula and again in 2007 as one of the "Top 40 Business People under the age of 40" throughout Hampton Roads. Hollie also serves on the Peninsula Agency on Aging's Advisory Council. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching her young son "Solid Gold Oldies", traveling, reading and enjoying her family and friends.

Owen brings nearly three decades of experience specializing in sales, marketing, and business development, and is a seasoned business owner. Known for his dedication to enhancing the client experience, Owen is passionate about delivering quality care and ensuring customer satisfaction at every level. His expertise and commitment have made him a trusted professional in the field. Outside of work, Owen enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending time with his son.

Barbara Fallon is a Nurse Practitioner with many years of providing care for others. She has dedicated the last 10 years to caring for seniors. Having the motto "Everyone has a story" has served her well in working with others and providing compassionate care to clients and families. She believes that knowing and caring about the people surrounding seniors helps them continue a meaningful and enriched life. When not at work Barbara enjoys her family, friends and her grandchildren. She loves being outdoors, cooking and knitting.

Christina has been a member of our Home Instead team since 2016. She previously spent 20 years in the military working in Information Security, and she holds a degree in Psychology. Christina worked at another Home Instead franchise as a Care Professional in the past where she had a wonderful experience with her dear client. As someone who has always felt called to serve others, Christina has always wanted to do meaningful work that she truly enjoys, which is what she gets to do every day at Home Instead.

Tchelsea is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse who deeply values her role in caring for others. Originally a Care Professional with Home Instead, she is excited to be able to be back in a nursing role where she can continue to care for others as she would care for those close to her. Tchelsea's commitment to integrity influences every aspect of her life, from her passion for nursing to being a new mom. It's a cornerstone of her professionalism and dedication to providing high quality care. Tchelsea is a dedicated individual who takes pride in advocating for others and being the voice for those who cannot stand alone. In her personal time she loves being with her family and shopping.

Mary brings more than 30 years of nursing experience to the Home Instead team. Her career spans home health, acute hospital care, nursing education, school nursing, and the privilege of providing end-of-life care with hospice patients. She is a passionate nurse educator who loves preparing others for their work in the helping professions. When she's not working she loves traveling, spending time with her husband and their three adult children, and getting her hands dirty in the garden.
