Jack St. Clair is originally from Roanoke, VA and has also lived in Boiling Springs, NC and Dallas / Ft. Worth, TX. In his spare time, Jack enjoys jogging, reading, biking, traveling, and playing with his two children, Jonathan and Mary Anna. Jack is the youngest of seven children and frequently visits his family in Roanoke, VA. Jack began working for the Lynchburg, VA office of Home Instead in 2003. He moved in 2004 to the Roanoke, VA office where he stayed for two years. The doors of the Manassas, VA franchise opened on October 16, 2006 and in early 2014 the purchase of Reston Home Instead franchise was announced. Jack looks forward to serving even more seniors in Northern Virginia. Jack has a love for serving others, especially the senior population.

Jacqueline is originally from Roanoke, VA. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC and a Master of Social Work degree from Baylor University. Jacqueline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia and taught at the university level for eight years. Her primary background has been providing therapy for children, adolescents, and their families. She has been blessed to have close relationships with both of her grandmothers. In fact, one of Jacqueline's grandmothers received services from the local Home Instead office in Roanoke, VA for a year before passing away in July of 2010. According to Jacqueline, "It was truly amazing to be on the giving and receiving end of care. My grandmother loved her Care Professional! Because this business cares about people, it is something I can believe in." Jacqueline enjoys volunteering, jogging, and spending quality time with her two children, Jonathan and Mary Anna. Kathleen Narron has been a registered nurse for over twenty-five years. She started her nursing career in Washington D.C. in the Surgical ICU. She later found a passion for emergency room nursing. She worked as a charge nurse for most of her career in an emergency room in Manassas, where she raised her beautiful sons. She enjoys spending time with young grandchildren and travelling whenever possible. As a young teenager, Kathleen's first job was as a volunteer at the Red Cross. One of her jobs there was to visit residents weekly at Leesburg Nursing Home in Annandale every week. She has come full circle and is back serving aging adults again. She began working at Home Instead in 2020 as the Manager of Client Care. She currently practices as a registered nurse and Director of Business Operations. She enjoys bringing excellent quality care to our community's aging adult population and providing a positive work environment for Home Instead's compassionate and amazing Care Professionals and administrative staff.

Prior to joining Home Instead, Gail cared for her father for five years. During this time she realized how much she loved caring for him and knew she should continue caring for seniors. She joined Home Instead in 2010, as a part-time Care Professional. Soon afterwards, Gail moved into Client Care department as a Client Care Specialist. Gail's main focus is meeting potential clients and accessing their needs to show them how Home Instead can help them. She strives to build strong relationships with our Home Instead clients and ensures they receive the best care! Gail was born and raised in Virginia. She has 3 adult children and one granddaughter. She served in the United States Air Force for 5 years. Gail enjoys anything outside, playing board games and pickleball. It brings Gail extreme joy knowing she is helping our seniors!

Rebecca joined Home Instead in July of 2022 eager to expand her knowledge of helping seniors in the community. Rebecca is a team player, balancing the role of recruiter and client care coordinator. Rebecca is currently finishing her bachelor's in psychology. Her goals are to ensure that individuals in need of home care have tailored care that enhances their daily lives. She is a fond believer in teamwork and advocates for innovation and growth within the company.

Naja joined Home Instead in Sept. 2023. She has been a nurse for over 23 years. She graduated nursing school from Marymount University in Arlington, VA. Prior to Home Instead, she worked as a nurse at a busy Urgent Care location. Before that she did Skilled Nursing in the home for over 15 years in Northern VA. She enjoyed teaching at home IV infusions and performing wound care. She has always enjoyed working with the Senior population. Naja has 2 grown children, 1 girl and 1 boy who are 11 months apart in age. She has 1 rescue dog and enjoys hanging out with friends, going to church, reading and drinking her Diet Pepsi.

Ian's passion for serving seniors started with seeing the positive impact caregivers had on his grandfather during his battle with dementia. Ian works with community partners to ensure seniors in our area have access to a full continuum of care- and seeks to educate the public on Home Instead's services and the benefits of aging in place.
